I was…read moreoriginally scheduled to see Dr. Fife next week, but I woke up this morning in unbearable pain. I called the office hoping for a cancellation or any chance to be seen, and his amazing staff found a way to fit me in. I'm so grateful they did. During the visit, Dr. Fife was honest, calm, and reassuring as he performed my root canal. He explained every step--what might pinch, sting, or feel uncomfortable--so nothing ever caught me off guard. My tooth was severely abscessed and my gums were inflamed, so there was some discomfort, but the moment he relieved the pressure, just like he said, the pain eased almost instantly. Watching Dr. Fife and his assistant work together was impressive. They were so in sync it felt like they could read each other's minds. The entire procedure was efficient, professional, and handled with such skill that I left feeling both relieved and genuinely cared for. I'm beyond impressed and incredibly thankful for everything Dr. Fife and his team did for me today. They turned a painful, stressful morning into a truly positive experience.

Dr. Richards and his staff were so polite and friendly and explained EVERYTHING so clearly. Nothing was rushed and Dr. Richards took his time to explain exactly what was wrong with my root and exactly what he was going to do step by step to fix it. They took great care in making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure, took new films to review their work, showed me what they did and they were going to send a copy to my primary dentist too so he can do my crown. They are worth the wait even if it takes a few days to get in, they have high standards for their quality of work and it truly shows. Dr. Richards even texted me later that night to make sure I was okay. Next Level care! If I ever need an endodontist again, they will be my ONLY call. Going to share with friends and family as well! Thanks again you guys!

I am a seasonal resident and LV Endodontics is now my Las Vegas office for any endodontic needs. Dr. JB White is my dentist in Las Vegas and another awesome provider. One note, LV Endodontics will REPEATEDLY call you to confirm your appointments. As an adult and responsible person who is 15 minutes early, calls if I am running late or something comes up, and lets them know ASAP if I cannot make it, it IRRITATES me that we ALL get lumped into one bucket. After 7 days of antibiotics and 800 mg of ibuprofen, the entire week of excruciating discomfort made root canal eventually inevitable. All the information I received regarding root canal is scary, painful, and skeptical. But Professionals recognize each other, and this perfect link is definitely to my benefit. My dentist who our family trust for over a decade insisted me to drive across the whole city and see Dr. Crowley when I live literally on the opposite direction of Dr. Chase Crowley's Endodontics office. I was able to see Dr. Crowley and got the treatment immediately. Before the treatment, Dr. Crowley patiently spent time listening and explaining everything that might concern me. During the 30 minute procedure (I genuinely didn't feel it was that long), Dr. Crowley was gentle, efficient, and professional with great bedside manner to ease all my anxiety. I felt almost no pain among the performance and was able to alleviate the pain while walking out of Dr. Crowley's office. Dr. Crowley saved me from the torture of the pain and prevented more damage from happening. Shout out to all the staff and nurses here, who are friendly and attentive. I believe they see great amount of patients each day, but somehow they remember me and greet me with their beautiful smiles. There was almost no wait time for my two visits here. That's another great gain coming here if you are already in pain. The staff also called to check on me after my procedure. You will be in good hands under Dr. Crowley's care if seeing a root canal specialist is on the book for your best interests.

As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists and anything remotely surgical, I was surprisingly at ease. Yes, the prescribed meds helped, but honestly, so did the doctor himself. I have never encountered a more kind, attentive, genuinely compassionate team. Every step of the process felt thoughtful, patient, and reassuring. I initially wondered why my dentist referred me to an endodontist across town instead of someone closer (and in-network), but after the evaluation and treatment, I completely understand. They are worth the trip, worth the referral, and worth every bit of trust placed in them. I cannot imagine a better place or a better team. May he never retire, and may they never be out of network (yes, I know how selfish this sounds) And, most importantly, may I never need another rooty.

I should have sought legal representation for the pain and suffering this hack inflicted on me! Today my wife went to the office, but at the insistence of me, she had Dr. Cox for her first root canal . She was very impressed with his gentleness and was overall satisfied with the procedure. However, I have a problem with their billing practices! In March 2024. I had my root canal done at the same office and there was no "mandatory 3-D x-ray" charge. However, today, the girl at the front desk insisted that it was mandatory ! I asked her did they have 3-D x-rays 50 years ago when they were doing root canals? She remained quiet. I think it's appalling that they pad their bill $339 for this procedure knowing very well our insurance didn't cover it l! if it was so necessary then why didn't my insurance cover it? Be aware of this in Dr. Tay !

She then asked for my insurance card and I told her I only have a digital copy of my insurance card but then she said she has already pre authorized my insurance, gave me a few pages of questionnaires to fill and take a seat. Within 15-20 mins I was called. The venue was clean, not crowded and not noisy at all. Their equipments seems up to date and well maintained. I was seated at a reclining chair and it was very comfy. Then the assistant took x-rays of my teeth and Dr Kim came in and spoke to me and let me know what my condition was and what to expect. Overall it went really smooth. His assistant, Liz and Dr Kim are a good team. They worked fast and efficient and they were gentle. What I really like about my treatment was that after the first anesthesia application I still felt pain so I made it known and Dr Kim stopped and gave me a 2nd anesthesia and tried to start procedure again but again I still felt discomfort so he stopped and took all the tools out of my mouth and administered a 3rd round of anesthesia. Now I numbed up really good and can't feel anything. Dr was done with my procedure in just a little over an hour. I had a 1/4 of my tooth broken and Dr Kim even added fillings and rounded out my tooth so it's not sharp. Thanks Dr Kim, Liz and Red Rock endodontics team for taking good care of me and doing such an amazing job!! I hope I don't need your service again but if I do, I know where to go

The staff here is incredible hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had. Everyone is involved and genuinely caring. It never feels like a rushed "hi-bye" visit; they take the time to connect, make you feel seen, and somehow manage to be personable, funny, and kind all at once. Honestly, I wish I could be friends with all of them! I've come here for pictures, X-rays, cleanings, deep cleanings, and most recently wisdom teeth removal. Every experience has been amazing, but it was my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Kamal that drove me to finally write this review. I was terrified going in. I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for 5-7 years because my pain tolerance is laughably low (getting my ears pierced was traumatic enough). I had to get all 4 removed at once to relieve some pain I was experiencing, and from the first conversation, the team completely reassured me. They went over everything, post-op plans, expectations, recovery tips and made me feel like I was genuinely in good hands. But even then, I had no idea just how committed they were to making this comfortable for me. The surgery? Flawless. I didn't feel a single bit of pain or discomfort not before, during, or after. I'm someone who cries at a paper cut, so to walk away from oral surgery without pain? Truly a miracle. I chose IV sedation, and it was so easy , i fell asleep, and next thing I knew, I was at home, pain-free and minus four teeth. Recovery has been just as smooth. No pain, no issues, and if there ever was a moment of mild discomfort, Tylenol took care of it. I went in for my post-op checkup and everything is healing beautifully. Ill now be starting my invisalign journey with them. Dr. Kamal is amazing, and I still can't believe how positive this entire experience was. I couldn't have asked for a better team or outcome. Thank you to the ENTIRE team, I appreciate you all. Desert Inn Smiles truly feels like family and I'll never stop recommending them.

When I declined fluoride for health reasons, they became increasingly disrespectful, which was the final straw. I knew I needed to find a new dentist--one who would respect my health choices, think outside the box, and actually listen to my concerns. That's when I found Dr. Browner through the IAOMT directory, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I could tell I'd made the right decision. Dr. Browner is the complete opposite of my last dentist. She took the time to thoroughly examine my health, performing the most extensive oral exam I've ever had, including checking for signs of cancer. She went over my x-rays and photos with me, pointing out things she didn't like--something my previous dentist never did. My old office was always rushed, and the team barely took the time to explain anything. Another huge relief was how fear-free this office is. I suffer from ADHD and claustrophobia, so dental visits are usually anxiety-inducing, but this time I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. No rushing, no feeling like just another patient--they truly made me feel cared for. I'm so thankful to IAOMT for helping me find Dr. Browner. I finally found a dentist who not only respects my lifestyle but actually listens and takes my health seriously.

They did every thing they could see available on my insurance even when I said over and over it was for two teeth. I had just had my routine cleaning done three weeks prior to my appointment at a different dentist and was unhappy with a siding repair they did on a front tooth. He still did gum measurements despite me saying I just got everything done. I better not receive a bill for that. They had me do every x-ray they could saying it was to help with my questions. Which I can understand needing to see everything. When I finally got the doctor, he didn't ask me much more about why I said I was there and he moved on to everything he could find to fix. I do want to clarify he did make sure he was aware, but just proceeded with his items. Fortunately, one of my reasons for being there did fall into view because the X-ray, but I would worry if he didn't see it as important, because I'm not sure a lot of attention would have gone to that if he didn't. He made a lot of assumptions about every symptom I had, and a lot about the tons of work in my mouth without even asking me. I think it would have been surprising for him to hear I was there for it and paid for it. However, I appreciate the attempt at educating. I just felt like it took from why I was actually there. With his assumptions, this includes going as far to say he looked at my medications and decided their combination caused dry mouth. Why wouldn't you ask me about that? I had just got done telling the amazing person helping me that my doctor and I were working on the dose to get the right mg down to prevent it. But he didn't ask, lol. Just told me to drink water while I had a water bottle on my lap in the chair. Thanks for that. Every phone call now my mom and I remind each other drinking water gets rid of dry mouth, lol. Then for the second reason I was there, for an hour and a half, mind you, he proceeds to tell me how easy it would be to fix the problem and he'll do it when I come back for the other work. So he could have fixed it right then, but it seemed like he just wanted to get more money from me by delaying. I certainly better not receive a bill for all his repeated services when I said multiple times I was there for bad fixes on two teeth recently and I just had my cleaning. I just needed someone to look at those two teeth. The woman who did the X-rays was a gem. Give her a raise for listening to me then having to sit there and listen to him explain my life to me. I hope I get a call back to see someone more eager to help. I edited this review to remove the comment about professional. He was very professional, and technically didn't do anything wrong. But! He didn't listen to me. At all. Proceeded with what he wanted and told me more than twice to schedule my cleaning not hearing I had just got it done at a different dentist. I was trying to find a new dentist that would listen.
