I'm really glad my dentist referred me to Red Rock Endodontics. The receptionist answered my phone call within the 2nd ring and she was very efficient and friendly. Upon entering the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She asked if I have an appointment which I did and told her so. She then asked for my insurance card and I told her I only have a digital copy of my insurance card but then she said she has already pre authorized my insurance, gave me a few pages of questionnaires to fill and take a seat. Within 15-20 mins I was called. The venue was clean, not crowded and not noisy at all. Their equipments seems up to date and well maintained. I was seated at a reclining chair and it was very comfy. Then the assistant took x-rays of my teeth and Dr Kim came in and spoke to me and let me know what my condition was and what to expect. Overall it went really smooth. His assistant, Liz and Dr Kim are a good team. They worked fast and efficient and they were gentle. What I really like about my treatment was that after the first anesthesia application I still felt pain so I made it known and Dr Kim stopped and gave me a 2nd anesthesia and tried to start procedure again but again I still felt discomfort so he stopped and took all the tools out of my mouth and administered a 3rd round of anesthesia. Now I numbed up really good and can't feel anything. Dr was done with my procedure in just a little over an hour. I had a 1/4 of my tooth broken and Dr Kim even added fillings and rounded out my tooth so it's not sharp. Thanks Dr Kim, Liz and Red Rock endodontics team for taking good care of me and doing such an amazing job!! I hope I don't need your service again but if I do, I know where to go read more

After my dentist highly recommended Red Rock Endodontics, I used OpenAI's ChatGPT and X's Grok to review the highest rated endodontists in Las Vegas, especially by reading the worst ratings and reviewing the teams. The research confirmed that I should make an appointment with Dr. Greg Y. Kim at Red Rock Endodontics. Cindy and Denise at the reception are very welcoming and professional. Liz performed my CBCT scan and X-rays, then assisted Dr. Kim with additional diagnostic tests to identify the source of pain across three teeth. Dr. Kim took the time to thoroughly explain my situation and recommended a root canal on tooth 18. I am so glad that I had made my research, as it gave me complete confidence in Dr. Kim's and his team's expertise. During the procedure, Flavio provided excellent assistance and I am grateful that the pain disappeared immediately afterwards. Dr. Kim and his entire team are outstanding, and I highly recommend seeing him. He is truly an expert in his field and amazing. I am sure you will not regret asking Dr. Kim for his advice. read more

This place is so awesome! I've been referred here twice and had two root canals. One time because a dentist got a piece of metal stuck in my tooth and the other time because I felt pain even through the numbing at another dentist. Both times I came here and the procedure was pain free and very smooth. Dr. Kim is the best dentist I've ever been to before. His assistants are amazing. All the staff is very kind and friendly. read more

My tooth has been hurting for over 3 months. I was referred to Red Rock Endo to see Dr Chris Tran. I usually do not like dentists because the drilling in my mouth gives me anxiety. But Dr Tran and his staff were amazing. From every step of the way, he narrated and checked in to make sure I was doing good. Root canals used to suck, the other 3 I've done. This one is BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Can you say PAINLESS!!!! From start to finish, I didn't feel any pain or such. I highly recommend seeing Dr Tran at Red Rock Endo if you come in! read more

Where to begin. I have been coming to Dr. Kim for 13 years at Red Rock Endo, for all my specialty dental procedures that require true expertise. I will have nobody else working on my teeth except Dr. KIm. Having said this, Red Rock is more than a dental office. It begins when you walk in the door. Your first encounter will be with an amazing woman named Denise. She is like a personal concierge as far as working and coordinating your insurance needs. Her pleasant and warm personality puts you at ease right away. Most importantly she cares about you as a human being, and not just a patient. She will navigate any issues you might have along the way with the logistics. From there you will go back to see the dentist. As I said earlier, for me, that is Dr. Kim. He is highly professional and skilled. He will evaluate your situation and give you practical options, then let you decide how you would like to proceed. He has done some complicated procedures on me, that were nothing but successful Again, he will make you feel valued and respected. For me personally, I have the feeling that my brother is working on my mouth, and has my best interests at heart. Of course, Dr. Kim can't do this alone. That is where his assistant Lizette comes in. Another part of the team with a great personality who makes you feel like "Don't worry, we've got this, you will be fine." What I really notice is that she actually loves her job and wants to take care of you. There are many others in the office, but this is my team that takes nothing but the best care of me. I could go on for hours, but still wouldn't have enough words to describe the appreciation I have for them. If you have complex dental needs, do yourself a big favor and go to Red Rock Endodontics. read more

Fortunately I have only ever needed to visit an Endodontist once in my life before this week. I was experiencing quite a bit of pain in a molar and needed a consultation, but the referral from my dentist couldn't get me in for over a week. So, I called Red Rock Endodontics and I am so happy I did. They got me in within two days and Dr. Kim did the root canal immediately after diagnosis. The entire staff was excellent from reception to the dental assistant. Additionally, I felt the Dr was very knowledgeable and efficient while ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. read more

Beware! Terrible experience Took my father-in-law for a consultation with Dr. Tran Terrible bedside manner And immediately pushed us into doing root canals without doing any sort of diagnostic testing We went for two separate second opinions, one of which was in Apex Endo and had a much better experience and they were much more honest, both of which told us that the root canals were not even necessary. please do your due diligence before going to this Endodontist as there are many options in the area that are far superior. read more

Dr. Greg Y. Kim and his team are awesome. Red Rock Endodontics was the only place who took me in for an emergency appointment as a new patient. Went to my dentist thinking I needed a new filling but my filling was too close to the nerve so he referred me to Red Rock Endodontics & I met Dr. Kim. He reassured me that yes it's definitely too close to just replace the filling so he went into dept about the root canal. I was scared sh*tless I must say. Fast forward a couple months later, I got my root canal and I was a mess pre-procedure. My anxiety was through the roof and I had Kristin there to help calm my nerves, she reassured me that they don't play around with the numbing, it's about a 45min-1hr procedure and they make sure patients don't feel anything (I was telling her about traumatic experience with my last wisdom tooth removal + local anesthesia at my last dentist office) . Anyway, I popped 1 earphone in, sat back, listened to my music and before I knew it..my root canal was done. Dr.Kim works so fast & effective that I was amazed and Kristin made sure I was feeling ok the whole time. This is my first root canal and although I'd never want another one, I can't thank this team enough for making me feel comfortable with ZERO pain. Thankful beyond compare to Dr.Kim & Kristin. (*Bonus: I have lash extensions and Kristin made sure I wouldn't be uncomfortable with the glasses on so she gave me something to put on the bridge of my nose but I ended up not needing it. Thanks for thinking my lash extensions! ) read more

After my family dentist referrals, I went to Red Rock Endodontics to get treatment on my crown teeth. Dr. Kim was not only knowledgeable but was very caring. He is the best doctor I ever met. read more

Before I had my root canal procedure at Red Rock Endodontics, I read all the Yelp reviews. I had the same excellent experience as the other five star reviewers. The entire appointment took about one hour 15 minutes. Dr. Kim and his entire staff were welcoming, kind, and thorough. Before the procedure, Dr. Kim explained the steps involved in the root canal and his receptionist explained the associated costs. Following the procedure, his assistant explained and showed me x-rays of the results. Prior to the visit, I was pretty skeptical that a root canal would be painless (as claimed by other Yelp reviewers), but it actually was! Thank you, Red Rock Endodontics for the gentle care! read more

This is the follow up review. My tooth (#31) is now completely healed. Root canal was done last July. My dentist took x-ray on this tooth recently and he said the bone was healed a lot. I was actually able the see the huge difference on the x-ray photo. I don't feel any pain or sensitivity any more. Previously I had minor pain or sensitivity when I did water-pik but I don't have this any more. I truly appreciate Dr. Kim's excellent work on my tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone looking for good endodontist. read more

I definitely love Red Rock Endodontics. They ease my nerves and Dr. Kim is amazing! I have gone multiple times and I will definitely return.

Had an amazing experience here. I'm absolutely mortified of the dentist and get pretty bad anxiety when I'm in the chair for too long. I waited so long to get my cavity treated that it turned into an abscess, and had to get a root canal done. I was first referred to Seven Hills endo, but their available appointments were so far out. I was referred by them to Red Rock and am so happy they did. The staff is very nice. Dr Kim and his assistant were both accommodating, comforting, and quick. My root canal took 40 minutes, with minimal discomfort. Hopefully I don't have to come back here, but if I need further work done- I would 100% come back here. Oh and the office itself is beautiful. read more

Had to go in for an asap apt on an old bad root canal and they got me in right away-Dr was honest and thorough in his assessment and recommendation and the office staff was great. My normal dentists office also said they are great at what they do-nobody wants a root canal or redo but if you have to do it make sure you get someone who knows what they're doing. read more

This is the place to go if you need a root canal! I have "weird" teeth that my reg dentist can't really do. I was referred to Dr Kim and he explained everything and gives you updates in the middle of the procedure and the post op explanation. The dental assistants are really nice too and make sure you're comfortable. Denise at the front desk is really nice. I told her that my tooth is bothering and she put me on a cancellation list and was able to see the dr the same day. They're so nice over there too and explains everything to you so you're never lost! If you dread going to a specialist - no need to worry cuz Dr Kim is AMAZING! read more

In a word, Unimpressed. Staff, including "Office Manager" Christine, VERY average at best. Dr. uninterested. Office is a good location, décor comfy/clean but expected more than the very least possible effort & service. The assistant was inept, literally dropping tools on the floor, clearly untrained, & having, what I categorize, as not appropriate (recreational drug) conversation in the presence of a patient. Doesn't inspire confidence. Referred by another dentist for root canal, no insurance (ca$h payer) so knew it wasn't going to be cheap, but also don't see the need to add insult to injury. Anyhow, maybe that is why the did an a (superfluous) "regular" X-ray rather than the 3-D scan, so they can charge more/double?.. makes NO SENSE, to do a regular X-ray for breakage (THEY KNEW was) below gum line. Especially considering was referred by another dentist that surely could have relayed the message that 3-D scan was better option, OR the office could do a little due diligence, rather than subjecting someone in desperate pain to TWO of what is essentially the same exam. Why not give the client the option. (i.e. we could do the old fashioned X-ray for $130, but it may not show us what we need, OR we could do a slightly more expensive 3-D scan for $180 & KNOW that we will get the info needed to proceed). NOPE, instead lets charge twice, since the sucker is paying cash. Either way this place left a bad first & last impression. Sometimes you should drive further for better service, if you need these services try Endodontics Associates up on Smoke Ranch, farther drive, MUCH better service! read more
