I was so glad that I was able to complete my lengthy registration documents on line, prior to my dental visit. I was greeted with a smile and I was seen promptly by Lalaine. She was so sweet and attentive. I felt welcomed and at ease. This was important, because I have dental horror stories! Doctor Cressman came and introduced himself. He has a happy, kicked back personality. Again, important to feel comfortable and to gain trust. I said "Let's do it"! He asked me when I would like to start....... I said "Now"! We laughed and he and Lalaine got right to work. SO FAST! I was thinking to myself "This was too fast and easy......I'm going to have to keep coming back". I came back in 5 working days, and I had a nearly perfect fit! Why couldn't the other places that I went to, do this??!!! Courtney works at the front desk; she even said that she would call to set my 6 month appointment for a cleaning. I asked "to clean my prosthesis?", she said "Yes". I said that this was the first office that made that offer to me. Awesome! I'm happy. I highly recommend. I'm telling my friends. My Driver even said that she comes here and that she was very happy with her outcome. Congratulations Gentle Dental Spanish Trail!

It's generally recommended to get a cleaning/check up every 6 months. I like to go every 4 months based on past dentist's recommendations. However, as an existing patient, the next appt they had available was 8 1/2 months out. Stop accepting new patients if you can not handle the ones that you already have. It's a slap in the face. It's also a zoo when you go in there. It's very hectic and I've never seen the same hygienist more than once. They also have an annoying habit of pestering you. For example, I had a 1pm appt. I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.

I have been going to this dentist office since October 2024 and this review has been a long time…read morecoming. I first moved to Las Vegas from New York City (Manhattan) in July of 2023, and because NYC healthcare in general is in my opinion, a cut above a lot of other places, I kept going back to my NYC dentist for my Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 check-ups and cleanings. But by Fall 2024, I knew it was time to find someone local. After a meticulous search, I arrived upon this office and based on reviews online from multiple sources, decided to try it. And I was not disappointed at all. Cindy was my hygienist and had amazing bedside manner so to speak, and we had an awesome conversation as I had my teeth cleaned. Jen at the front desk was, is, and probably always will be an extremely pleasant, warm, and welcoming presence in the office. You will notice I actually got a chance to get to know the staff. And finally Dr. Gelo himself is skillful, super competent, and while I wasn't looking for this, to my relief, is a New Yawker. And the reason why I put such a premium on ppl from New York is because we have a work ethic and drive that I don't think exists to the same extent anywhere else in the country. So I knew then, and know now, that I'm probably seeing the best dentist in Las Vegas. So if you are looking for a new dentist, proceed without reservation or hesitation. From my very first visit at Las Vegas Smile Suite, I knew I had made the right decision. Dr. Tozzi and her team never judged me--they offered every possible way to make sure I felt comfortable, supported, and safe. For my smile makeover, Dr. Tozzi worked hand-in-hand with Dr. Leavitt at Red Rock Periodontics & Implantology for my implants. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I hardly had to wait at all, which was such a plus. Once I was taken back, the dental assistant was kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist was thorough with my cleaning and also incredibly friendly. Dr. Clement was absolutely adorable -- she has amazing bedside manner and made everything so easy. She even completed my treatment the same day, which I was not expecting, but was SO grateful for because I'm getting ready to go on a cruise. I had a small chip on my front tooth, and Dr. Clement took her time to match the color perfectly and sculpt it beautifully, all without any novocaine. It looks fantastic! I was also fitted for a new retainer and night guard using digital scanning technology (definitely more modern than what I'm used to). The dental assistant was training a new team member during this process and was so kind and patient with them. Even though the scan was a little rough since it was the trainee's first time, they were so sweet and apologetic -- and overall, it was still a very positive experience. My entire visit was top tier -- honestly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had, and that says a lot because I'm a "teeth person" and go regularly. I highly, highly recommend Rainbow Modern Dentistry!

Wow, I don't even know where to start…read more I had extensive orthodontic work done as a child, and only associate visits to the dentist with pain and fear. So much so that, once I became an adult, I avoided the dentist like the plague for 22 years. About a month ago, I got horrible pain in one of my upper molars, to the point where I had to go get antibiotics and painkillers for it. I've got great dental insurance and knew I had to go be an adult and actually make a dentist appointment. I asked everyone in my office if they liked their dentist at all, and only one person enthusiastically responded that they did. So, here I am. When I first met Dr. Clement, I was so scared that I was sobbing. Literally couldn't talk for a few minutes. She and her whole staff are so kind and patient, they got me calmed down in order to do an exam. I have never felt so well taken care of at any medical office in my life. Since then, I've had my full exam, deep cleaning and half of my cavities filled, with the rest being done next week. This office helped me to overcome my lifelong fear of going to the dentist, and I'm well on my way back to good oral health. Not joking at all, I'd literally travel from out of state to have them take care of me, because they are all so wonderful. Thank you Dr. Clement and staff!!! Another major bonus: they understand your insurance to a t and can explain to you exactly how your copays will work, along with future visits. Definitely a huge plus.
