Dr Pruneet Beats office has had a personnel overhaul. Today was my first visit back since. It was a great experience. I suffer from high anxiety at the dentist and Dr. Brar and her staff were so kind and accommodating. From Nauby at the desk taking her time working out my insurance hiccups and going above and beyond to make it all work- to Darlin in the back explaining everything and making sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Brar is a wonderful example of a true professional. She knowledgeable and cares deeply for her patients and practice. It's important to support good humans working hard to serve other humans. After being a customer for quite some time, took my parents, sons and their mates, all of the sudden they tell me that my insurance is not good. I called my insurance and they say that all they had to do was call them.....but nooo, the receptionist kept saying that the card was a medical card when it clearly said DENTAL on the upper right. I first came in with my top teeth rotting out. I needed them taken out and I wanted dentures. The staff was amazing, I was scared to get my teeth extracted, but the Dr and techs were very compassionate and understanding. The extraction of all my top teeth went flawlessly, no pain what so ever. When it came to making the dentures, they did amazing. They fit perfectly and the staff made sure they fit my mouth with out being painful ( I have big upper jaw bone, so they weren't easy to make to match my jaw). They have amazing patience and customer service was perfect. My dentures look amazing and real. They look better than my original real teeth ever looked.. thank you guys again soooo much! read more

Crappy and horrible service. Front desk makes you feel like they are doing you a favor by "working you in" when you called to make an appointment. Then the dentist wants to jump in and say "they're trying to help everyone" and put her 2 cents in. Maybe she should focus on getting better employees who know how to multitask and talk to paying patients. Showed up early for our appointment. 2 people showed up late to theirs and after us and still were seen before us. One of them was a walk in. I can almost guarantee that our insurance will get billed before theirs. The culinary should really do some better vetting for their dental providers. Last time I visit this place. If it wasn't because there was pain in the tooth I would have just walked out. read more
