The opposing party made a circus of the lawsuit, submitting wild accusations and false evidence. We live in the age of technology where anyone can literally fabricate a FB account, make FB posts and send text messages disguised as someone else. The opposing party submitted a lot of claims that were irrelevant to the case at hand but used it as fuel to set the tone for a false narrative of character more than anything else. Greg never argued these claims. He never even petitioned to the judge that if such claims would be submitted, that witnesses should be called to testify their authenticity and their claims. Greg lost to an attorney who didn't even know how to file paperwork for a federal case, that should tell you how passive he is. He cost me financially a lot of money, that I can never re-cooperate now. I can only hope karma comes his way and it always does.

I contacted the firm for a paid consultation about a technical, time-sensitive F-1/SEVIS immigration issue. Because the issue involved detailed legal scenarios, I made clear before paying that I needed a reliable way to preserve the advice accurately. I first asked about a transcript. The firm said they could not provide one. I then asked whether I could record the Zoom consultation myself solely for personal note-taking. They refused. I then asked about a written summary. At that point, I was told in writing that, "for this one time," the attorney would be able to share the transcript of the call. Based on that representation, I paid the $280 consultation fee. After I paid, the attorney reversed/corrected that statement and said they would not provide the full transcript after all, only a summary. When I tried to clarify whether the summary would be specific and useful enough to address the actual questions I had raised, the firm did not agree to that condition. Instead, they cancelled/refunded the consultation. This was a deeply frustrating and unprofessional intake process. For a client dealing with a high-stakes immigration-planning issue, the difference between a transcript and a vague summary is not minor. It directly affects whether the consultation is usable. I should not have been told one thing before payment and another thing after payment. They offered a refund. But offering a refund does not erase the wasted time, confusion, and poor handling of a technical consultation request. In my view, this firm's intake process was disorganized, rigid, and not client-centered. I would not recommend Watson Immigration Law to anyone.
