They know exactly how to play with the hope of vulnerable people, using faith and religion to make themselves look trustworthy. We started our case in February and paid $15,000. Since then? One call to convince us to sign -- and after that, complete silence. Only after we reached out again did we get a second "interview," where they promised to send a statement "within a week." It's been months, and absolutely nothing has happened. Their "tracking app" is a joke. No real responses, just automated messages and recycled videos over and over. You end up begging for updates, and if you don't chase them, they ignore you completely. Eight months later, our case still hasn't been filed with USCIS. Every time we ask, they repeat the same empty line: "We're working on it." Working on what? Because from where we stand, nothing has moved. We trusted them with something critical for our family, and they failed completely. They were fast to take our money, but when it came to doing their job, it's like we don't exist.
