Chris was great! We shopped around for a few law firms to help us create a will, and at each one we had 10 minutes or less to ask questions before being cut-off. When we spoke with Chris - he stayed on for 30+ minutes, and walked my wife and I through all the details of what type of estate plan we would need to match our needs. Chris is great at explaining abstract topics in an easy way, and we never felt rushed as we asked him multiple questions in that introductory call. At the end of the call we knew CMS Law Firm had our business. Then you come to his pricing model - which again, was unique in the industry but exactly what we needed. All the other firms charged per hour, which can be challenging when you are trying to estimate how much the entire process will cost and whether to proceed. Chris charges a fixed fee based on his understanding of the complexity of your situation, and it really took the pressure off of us throughout the process. I am sure for some clients the hours spent exceeds the fixed price - and for others, the process is faster than expected.
