Even after the consultation, he was quick to respond to my emails and continued to offer valuable help. If you're serious and not here to waste time, he's the right guy to have on your side. Highly recommend!

I asked if there was any other way since I had moved and didn't have a printer or scanner to use. He said I should just fill out the forms and email them back, but they were not fillable forms unless you have adobe acrobat. Luckily I have that software, but come on man, it's 2024. Get docusign or something. Gave me an impossible timeline for me to jump on the phone call. We were scheduled for 2 hours after my initial call, but then in the email he said he needs all documentation and forms filled out 1 hour before our consultation. So I had to go through trying to figure out how to get his documents signed and get all my documentation together. Not a realistic time frame so I asked to reschedule. He sent me an email to reschedule the next week but I decided I wanted to wait until I had something actionable. I requested to wait until after I had moved out and wasn't only speculating about my landlord's actions (I didn't want to pay $300-$600 for a phone call when I may be wrong about what my landlord was doing). He then emailed me to refer me to attorneys in Tacoma and Everett. Once my landlord had actually done what I was speculating they would do he declined my matter. When I inquired about other attorneys in Seattle he stated he was the only one. When I asked why he'd refer me if I'm in Seattle and the apartment I was renting was in Seattle he again only stated he declined my matter.

As the daughter-in-law involved in this transaction, I can honestly say hiring Lee was one of the…read morebest decisions our family made. I was actually the one who found Lee after searching through countless attorneys on Google and Yelp. I spent a lot of time reviewing profiles, reading feedback, and carefully comparing options because we knew this was not going to be a straightforward sale. We wanted to make absolutely sure everything was secure and that our family's interests were fully protected -- especially since this was a private sale and we were heavily involved in helping manage the entire transaction. This was not a simple situation. My husband and I were renting the home, the landlord decided to sell, and my parents-in-law -- who live in Southern California -- stepped in to purchase it so we could remain in the property. The home includes a detached ADU on a single parcel, which added additional complexity. The seller was difficult and often unpredictable -- the type who believed he knew more than everyone else and frequently changed positions. Lee navigated that dynamic with steady professionalism and quiet confidence. He protected our interests without escalating matters unnecessarily and stayed focused on ensuring everything was handled correctly. My father-in-law is extremely meticulous and reviews every document line by line -- sometimes multiple times over (a bit too much at times). Lee was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Even when we went over documents ten times, he remained calm, thorough, and respectful. That level of patience meant a great deal to me personally. He carefully reviewed the PSA, disclosures, and escrow documents and was in full communication with the escrow company throughout the transaction to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks. Knowing he was overseeing and coordinating every detail behind the scenes gave us tremendous peace of mind. What stood out most was how personal it felt. He wasn't just processing paperwork -- he genuinely cared about protecting our family. It truly felt like he was looking out for us the way a trusted advisor would. If you are looking for an attorney who genuinely has your best interests at heart, do not hesitate to call Lee. We will absolutely go to him again without hesitation for any future real estate needs. Thank you Lee for everything!

The first guardian assigned to us, Pat, had very little bedside manner toward me or my brother, and it was a shock to suddenly lose all say in his care and decisions. It's difficult to hand over control to someone who doesn't yet know your loved one. Over time, though, Pat and I learned how to work together. I never doubted that she had my brother's best interests at heart, and I think she came to see that I did too. I was always there for him -- meeting him at the hospital, going to appointments, and staying with him which helped both Pat and my brother, and also eased his financial burden. After Pat retired, Beth stepped in temporarily, and then Quinn became his permanent guardian. Beth and Quinn have been absolute delights to work with. We are now approaching 11 years with Ohana, and as we enter what feels like "the beginning of the end" for my sweet brother, I am deeply grateful for their continued care and support. The entire Ohana team has been wonderful in helping us navigate my brother's estate and care. If you are fortunate enough to have someone like Beth or Quinn assigned to you, you've truly won the lottery. They are compassionate, dedicated professionals who always put the well-being of your loved one first. This has been a long, emotional journey -- but having Quinn's support through it all has been a blessing. She has worked tirelessly for my brother and has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Quinn, for your kindness, dedication, and care.

The person (Laurel) who came to the meeting asked us to explain what we are looking for (which we did, again), and then offered to send us materials by email to review - a brochure, fee schedule, and 4-page letter about who they are. She told us, if we were still interested, to contact them and they would setup an hour-long meeting with the owner, Mark. This is the 3rd company we've looked at for our needs. The first 2 companies were invested in talking with us, and we had valuable introductory meetings. This meeting with Ohana FC was a waste of our time. I do not wish to review all the materials sent to determine if they will meet our needs. From this contact, these are not people who we would trust for our care of finances and health.

Be prepared to make an investment of finances and time. Be advised, this is not a simple dating service - there are apps for that. To me, this is a relationship service, where Monique and her growing group of team members come to your aid and help you be better, to have a great relationship. As a relationship broker, she is kind, empathetic and her demeanor is one of impeccable bearing when first encountering. She is also highly inquisitive, especially during her assessment of you, what you are looking for, and what you are attempting to achieve. All of these were comforting components that I would expect of a coach, and advisor. Like any other coach, she is thoughtful and will be brutally honest in her analysis of you, as a person. But do not take this personal, as her honesty is a necessary step to improve not your dating, but you as a person. Now, remember, not all pairings will work out on the first meet. That is nature and that is life. And I known that is beyond Monique's control. However, we are encouraged to try again and get better. That all I could ask for. Please do set your expectations accordingly on who you are, as Monique and her people are really trying to help you. Also, this is a premium service, so understand what you are INVESTING both emotionally and financially - the fee can be reasonable, but not outrageous. This is an investment into yourself, and I am happy Monique was able to help me be better. Thank you Monique!
