Would highly recommend them. ------ We had an amazing experience with Paul and Choquette Law Group. We decided to work with a lawyer after our immigration paperwork kept getting pushed back. Our…read morewedding certificate was three months late, then it was tax season, then we moved -- and honestly, our ability to focus on an application you really can't make mistakes on just wasn't there. For peace of mind, we felt it was worth hiring a lawyer to make sure everything was done correctly. After doing our research, we chose Paul Choquette. During our consultation, Paul was very blunt, upfront, and no-BS about our case, the process, and our situation. There was no sugarcoating, which I know can be intimidating for some people. I've seen reviews that mention his personality as a negative, but personally, we really appreciated it. He is also a kind person, and his directness gave us a lot of confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and could handle our case well. Everything included in Paul's package made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. We started with the consultation, then completed his detailed questionnaire so he had everything he needed to prepare our paperwork correctly. Once we received our interview date, we had an online meeting to prepare for the interview, and Paul was also present in the room with us during the interview itself. Our interview only took about five minutes because Paul had already uploaded all of our documents to the immigration portal ahead of time. The agent had reviewed everything before we even walked in and only needed to ask standard questions. We were approved the same day and now have my green card. Paul was available and responsive at every step, answering all of our questions whether by email or phone. We always felt supported and informed, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable. If you can embrace his blunt personality, you'll gain a kind, competent, thorough, confidence-building, and reassuring lawyer who will take great care of your case. I highly recommend Paul specifically, and Choquette Immigration Law Group as a whole. We absolutely plan on returning when we need help with my 10-year green card.

I scheduled a free 30 minute call with Suzanne Lieberman and she explained how the probate process would work & what to expect. I liked the flat rate fee for the process vs an hourly rate which is difficult to plan & budget for. The probate process is slow and it will continue for a while, but it has gone smoothly so far. I had no idea what to expect and the team have guided me through the process very efficiently. I highly recommend Suzanne and the entire team at CMS Law. I decided CMS would also handle my estate planning. Again, being able to schedule the 30 minute call with Will Robinson to discuss & the flat rate fee makes it all very streamlined. Will guided me through creating my Living Trust being both efficient & compassionate with the personal decisions that I was making. He answered all my questions and gave great suggestions as I revised and worked my way through the decisions for my estate. He was available to schedule calls & answered emails quickly. It was a pleasure working with him & I highly recommend Will Robinson and CMS Law.

My mom was diagnosed with oral cancer, and I wanted to make sure her access to medicare would not be jeopardized due to any new immigration diktats. As we worked through her case, several complications came up. In the course of her treatment, some of the travel dates required explanation, since she had traveled back to India and had to overstay in course of urgent treatment there. Plus, when the naturalization interview was set up, we had to request accommodations since she couldn't speak due to oral cancer. She couldn't swallow and needed me to bring medical equipment to help clear out secretions while in the waiting room. I cannot say this enough. Janelle went above and beyond. At every step. It took months to get in touch with Greg. That should have been my first red flag to go elsewhere…read more Greg is a very passive attorney. He doesn't fight diligently or aggressively. The opposing party made a circus of the lawsuit, submitting wild accusations and false evidence. We live in the age of technology where anyone can literally fabricate a FB account, make FB posts and send text messages disguised as someone else. The opposing party submitted a lot of claims that were irrelevant to the case at hand but used it as fuel to set the tone for a false narrative of character more than anything else. Greg never argued these claims. He never even petitioned to the judge that if such claims would be submitted, that witnesses should be called to testify their authenticity and their claims. Greg lost to an attorney who didn't even know how to file paperwork for a federal case, that should tell you how passive he is. He cost me financially a lot of money, that I can never re-cooperate now. I can only hope karma comes his way and it always does.
