There are offerings for children's activities such as petting zoo, hay ride, hay bale maze, and possibly other things. I appreciate the go get em spirit to take advantage of every opportunity to make a living this holiday season. By the way, the entire grounds are surveilled, which also feels odd. Just so odd. ODD!!!! We ended up getting 2 nice pumpkins for a decent price, though with the unpleasantries of phone restrictions I would probably have preferred a grocery store purchase. I very much wish we continued down to road to our initial destination, though there is also a sense of satisfaction having helped a very unusual albeit not exactly pleasant small business. Pumpkins are taxed, so be ready for that. They take card and cash. Cashier was extremely charming and friendly.

It's YE Gurl, here for the flowers and the life lessons in bloom…read more Timbuk Farms Tulip Festival Granville, OH 4/27/2025 After hearing the buzz (and spotting a few too many pastel-clad photo dumps on Instagram), I finally made my way to Timbuk Farms' Tulip Festival--and it did slightly disappoint. Think of it as Ohio's most photogenic meeting of the minds: aspiring influencers, local families, plant-loving aunties, and at least one goat that clearly thinks it's in charge. The farm setup is charmingly chaotic in the best way: hay towers, bouncy castles, cardboard cut-outs, and a lineup of goats ready to be hand-fed at 50 cents a handful. Rows upon rows of tulips in full bloom awaited us, $1 a stem. It's part aesthetic, part strategy--because yes, the seasoned grannies will coach you on the art of pulling bulbs with stems intact. (Pro tip: look for those slightly opened blooms if you want better replanting success.) We caught the tail end of the season, so while I wasn't dressed like a walking Pinterest board, I got the full experience. Dirt under my nails, sun on my face, and a haul of 18 vibrant tulips for $19.31. The wait to check out was a little steamy--sun beating down, line inching slowly--but it gave me a chance to eavesdrop on gardening tips and admire a dog wearing flower crowns. There are also food trucks and coffee carts if you need a break, and plenty of plants and bulbs for sale if you're looking to extend your floral moment beyond the bouquet. Just a heads-up: parking is gravel-based, bumper-to-bumper, and you'll probably end up next to a pickup truck with a decal that reads "I only stop for tulips." Welcome to the Midwest. Would I go back? Absolutely--only next time I'm dressing for the photo ops and the heat.

The owners are super nice, let her do all the things, had things ready for the eclipse, just made it a fun, relaxing time. They had glasses and snacks, T-shirts, etc. I'm not sure when they're open during the year, but I'm sure if you go to their Facebook page you can find a time to visit. They do have a fall festival, with even more fun stuff to do. It's a family farm so they may not be open to the public all the time, so be patient, but it is worth it to come see the animals. Hard to find and my GPS took me to the wrong place, so another reason to message them to make sure. They also have a small art gallery, with mainly llama-themed items. We'll be back for the fall festival, and any other events. So much fun.

The filling process is quick, the heart insertion is super cute (get your video rolling,) and she loves it. Not something to do every day (it has been two years for us since the first one we got) but a nice occasional splurge. There are a ton of character options, and the smaller ones are reasonably priced, especially during a sale. You can go over the top with roller skates for a freaking stuffie, a chair for them, whatever, but you can get out for $25-$50 if you're firm.

When you first walk in the least expensive bears are right in front so if your child is somewhat small you could sneak out of there for around $20 if your really wanted.. I was surprised to find a 'Hello Kitty' doll we could build and for my little one it was all over.. You pick out the doll, they stuff it for you according to how soft or firm your kiddo wants it and finally you can dress and name the animal. Overall the experience was pretty good and the staff was friendly but you sort of get nickeled and dimed (the dress and shoes for ours were sold separately) and you can easily get stuck in a long line if your there on a Saturday afternoon.

Not quite as large as the one on Riverside Drive, but they do still have quite a selection plants, trees, bushes and gardening supplies & decor. The staff are very knowledgeable and will gladly coach you on your latest gardening quandry. Prices are reasonable. Selection is varied and good quality.
