The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The inventory is unique and diverse. They have a great selection of games from all ages and It's the only place I know of where you can find good import games at reasonable prices. They popped up again, so I ordered them online for pickup, However it was refunded with no reason why. Guessing due to availability, but the entire order was cancelled without a word.
