They popped up again, so I ordered them online for pickup, However it was refunded with no reason why. Guessing due to availability, but the entire order was cancelled without a word. This store actually pays attention to their customers unlike the one on Sawmill Road where they look like they don't want to work there. When I came in they tried to help me find what fragrances I was looking for and it was actually at that store. So it was a win/win for both them and I. Whereas when I went an hour before to the Sawmill Road location, I couldn't get anyone to service me and no items that I saw online were available there. This location is closing at the end of this month for renovations but if I could move their employees to the Sawmill Road location it would be fantastic. I would get in and out of the store faster and be happier with my purchase like I was yesterday. I have to give props to the customer service being great for the first time being in the store. They were very helpful in explaining the layout of the store. They showed me where the casual work attire was and everything else. The second thing I would like to give them props for is giving me 20% off since my coupon was $10 off and they wanted to be extra nice to impress me for my first experience in the store.
