Cute farm for fall activities for young kids. Probably the best age range would be between 3 and 7 to bring kids here as they would have a good time. The corn maze was fun and there seemed to be a lot to do.

This is a great farm to do fall activities for the entire family, especially the kids. We went down to choose pumpkins. They were sold at 49 cents per pound. For $11/adult, we gained entry to the fun center and hayride. The fun center had several activities... from corn hole and corn maze, to basketball hoops and all types of playful activities for the kids. The corn maze was okay. I felt like I went in circles and hardly made it through the entire maze. We were a group of 18 (11 adults and 7 kids), so it was a fun time to hang out and we all waited in order to fit on the hayride together. Sometimes the ride was so bumpy, we all had good laughs throughout. They also sell food like funnel cake, hot dogs, fries, and pumpkin donuts. The pumpkin donuts can be smelled throughout and were delicious as they were warm and fresh. At six donuts foe $6, a great buy. One of the kids was disappointed the pumpkin patch didn't sell pumpkin pie though. Overall, a great place families taking their kids.

This is a great place to come with your family of all ages. There are so much to do at the farm. You can buy pumpkins, feed animals, go through corn maze, hay rides and tons of other games on the playground to keep yourself busy the whole day. We were a big group, about 18 of us, and both adults and kids had a great time! The price to get in the playground was $11 for the day. If you need to leave the playground and re-enter then make sure you get your hand stamped for re-entry. The farm sold a variety of food too. It had popcorn, fries, nuts, funnel cakes, pumpkin donuts and apple fritters. The pumpkin donuts were warm and just delicious. There are two types of pumpkin donuts, one with sugar coded and the other is original. My favorite was the sugar coded one. It was just delicious! There is also a small gift shop where you can pick up different type of things for home décor. We will definitely be back here again next year.

Hello fall! If you want to enjoy some fall activities with the kiddos and family, this is the place to be! There is SOOO much to do at Pigeon Roost Farm! My family and I visited last weekend and it was super busy! One of the best things about the farm is that it is so large that you can be appropriately socially distanced. When walking into the farm, you are greeted by friendly staff and a large amount of pumpkins. You then walk to the ticketing counter to purchase whatever passes you would like the day. The passes are for the Family Activity Center (basically all of the fun activities - I took a lot of pics so you can see what is included), hayride, and paintball (you just shoot at a target). We purchased passes for the Family Activity Center and hayride for $11/person. That may seem a little pricy, but it was definitely worth it. When we walked I to the Activity Center, I mentioned that I felt like I was at the fair. We had so much fun! It was definitely needed during this time of uncertainty with the pandemic. We also enjoyed some sweet treats! My husband got a huge bag of kettle corn, the kids got ice cream sundaes, and I got a 1/2 dozen pumpkin donuts (all for me)(I wish!). I highly recommend Pigeon Roost Farm to everyone! Again, we had a blast! We were there for several hours (that's how much there is to do there)! We will definitely be back again next fall! A couple things I also want to mention: the hay ride and corn maze are two things that definitely sold me on this place. The hay ride isn't your quick around the block hay ride. It is a lengthy and enjoyable hayride. You also get to learn about the farm (which has been around for more than 40 years)! The corn maze is the same! It's not a quick corn maze that you breeze through. It's pretty large and you can end up taking many wrong turns. We really enjoyed it! Ok, that should be it for now!

Fun for Kids AND Adults. They have something for everybody! Hand sanitizers everywhere as well as very friendly staff and delicious apple fritters and other snacks made our day. I would def bring friends and fam for fun here. The corn maze for the children is huge but for the adults it is very very small. But regardless it is not a problem.

    Had fun at pigeon roost!

Had a very good time here! They have very good food and is a nice place to get your pumpkins at a very good deal ($5)! Very good place to meet up it's family!

This was my second time going to a pumpkin patch and it was a fun experience. I will say that a lot of the activities are for children but there was a lot of delicious food. We got a big pumpkin which was $6 and the smaller pumpkins were $2.50. I would suggest a family day there! Parking is free and it's located in Hebron.

    Tabatha S.

Nice variety of pumpkins, but most are quite pricey as they are sold by the pound. Ample parking but you may have to walk a ways if you go on the weekend as they are very busy. Great kids area, but again overpriced. EVERYONE pays to get into the kids area, not just children. It's okay, but be sure to bring at least $100!

Such a blast for the little kiddos! We had a really fun day today meeting the animals, getting lost in the maize, and making new friends!

But what do I want to do? "Fall stuff" that Southern California, as much as I love it, just can't provide. That was our agreement - I will go to football games with him if he will go to pumpkin patches with me. So we found ourselves (now three times at Diamond Hill Farm) which put me in the mood I've always wanted to have in September / October but never have had until this year. It's a beautiful drive out to this working farm and the setting is beautiful once you arrive. There are pumpkins galore - all different shapes and sizes. There are also gourds, straw bales, corn stalks, decorative corn and mums for sale. If you want fall decor, this is your place to be. I'm not sure how their prices compare locally, but compared to California, it's a steal! There also seems to be plenty of fun to be had for the little ones. I didn't study it much because we had no little kids in tow, but it seems for a small fee or season pass, parents can take their babes into the fields for some swinging, slides, a hay ride, etc. Then there are the local goodies you can buy like fresh meats, jams, nuts and a few other things. I bought so many pumpkins and straw bales (remember I noted the reasonable prices?) that I needed a few wagons. Not sure if it was the owners or employees, but whoever came to help load everything into our truck was friendly. Go have a look and a buy if you want a lovely weekend drive and a good taste of fall. Post photos of your porch here after your visit.

The shop has great treats and gifts. They have SO many varieties of gourds and pumpkins, too. Some I've never seen anywhere else. You can purchase pumpkins from just outside the shop if you don't want to take the wagon ride out to the field. There's also a little tractor train ride for kids and a small corn maze (both for a bit extra, maybe $4 each). They have goats to pet and big hay bales you can play on. If you choose the tractor wagon ride out to pick your pumpkin, it's $10 which includes any pumpkin you pick/can carry - no limit on color, size, variety. They rotate their fields every year so we have seen different field areas over the years. This year we didn't see the bee hives they keep on our train ride out. I hope their bees are still doing well! And now my favorite: The pumpkin donuts. They make them fresh right there and they are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The donuts alone are worth the drive! Once we pulled off the main road we were on what seemed like a back dirt road. The patch itself was disdisappointing to say the least. As we turned in we were greeted by a big open field with a blow up play structure in the back, a pile of haphazard pumpkins(maybe 20 to 30) just sitting out in the open(they look like they had been purchased at various grocery stores within the last few days or even that day & there was a tractor off to the side pulling what could've possibly been a hay ride to I'm not sure where. As far as pumpkin patches go, I can't recommend Hartland Farm. Truthfully, if you're going just to pick out a pumpkin to decorate with carve, paint or whatever your selection would probably be better at any of the main box stores that are selling them. If you're looking for some fun fall activities to do, this is not the pumpkin patch for you. After we left HF we made our way out to Pigeon Roost Farm.
