Dr. Till, Brooke and Riley are THE BEST! All 3 of them made my experience so wonderful! Riley did all of my preliminary testing and immediately made me feel super comfortable being in a new office around people I've never met before. I came in wanting to try out contacts (which is harder to get used to when you're 26 and have never touched your own eyeball before) and Dr. Till and Brooke were SO patient with me when I was practicing how to take them in and out. They answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident with my new contacts, before I left. If you're looking for an optometrist, I would highly recommend this place!! PS: If you drive to the office, they'll even pay for your parking!

That was unacceptable as I was having trouble with my contacts. After that terrible customer service, the entire experience with Joanna was so refreshing. My vision insurance didn't cover any of the visit and I don't care. To be treated like a person in a medical office is such a novel and valuable thing to me. Every staff member was extremely warm, friendly, welcoming, and very encouraging that I was going to have a very satisfactory experience having my cataracts corrected at their facility Upon our arrival, Mary, the Lobby Host greeted us. Mary was very friendly and helped explain to me what I should be experiencing ahead by sharing her own experience. The process took two days. The doctors and the staff did the surgery were just excellent, top notch, and extremely experienced. For anyone considering cataract surgery and not sure where to choose or who to go to, to have this done, you couldn't do any better than choosing Eye Specialists of Indiana for success and complete satisfaction with the procedure. After care and follow up appointments after the surgery were also excellent with the staff! Conclusion: I opted to go with their plan B for distance. I have worn contacts and glasses for distance for 60+ years, but no more. My vision is now is better now than even when I had to use corrective lenses! I do require reading glasses for small font, but who cares. This medical procedure has changed my life in such a positive manner. Thank you God for your direction.

I've been having trouble with my eye's ever since and see reflections out of the corner of mu right eye and I see what looks like a hair floating around in my eye but it's not a hair. I'm barely getting by on retirement and I can't afford this. They have just sent me a letter telling me they are handing it to collections for $155.00. This place sucks

The prescription was not the same as my sample lenses. Because the lenses were purchased at Costco and one used before, I realized what was wrong, I was stuck with $200 of contacts I could not wear. They asked me if I would like a re-exam and I refused, what good is it going to a Dr. who already screwed up. Temple was kind and understanding but limited on what she could do. I received a questionnaire from the corporate office and filled it out with the facts (as above) It stated they would like to talk further and asked if it was ok to call. Of course. That call got action. Temple, who had already been so caring called and explained who the new Dr. was. What he would do before selling contacts and they offered a free eye exam. I agreed, with some hesitation and embarrassment. It was not necessary as they were welcoming, and the new eye Dr. spent about 45 minutes making sure the new contacts would fit. He even recognized I did not want daily wear contacts and gave me a test pair that were really comfortable. As fate would have it my husband hit my hand when I was placing a contact in my eye, and we have never found it. Upon calling, Temple, I was given a new pair and explained I didn't feel I was reading menus as well as I could. They included another contact to try, after talking with the Doctor. Contacts are now comfortable, and I am able to read a menu. I am going back again. Great difference with a doctor who knows what he is doing from one who does not.

After looking at some frames i was told that with my "you have amazing vision insurance", I would still be required to pay nearly $100 for just a pair of single prescrition glasses. After several minutes of being intimidated by who I assume is Mrs. Moody, I then calmly explained how I normally do not pay for frames at the place I had previously gone. She responded with a look and tone that I can only describe as "unnecessary" and asked "well why didn't you go there then'? She was not nice, she absolutely meant it to be rude. I then said that I would not be getting glasses today and that i just want to pay for my visit. "Ten Dollars" are the only words she says next and I quietly handed her my payment, asked for my prescription to which she says "well we aren't going to give you measurements", which i replied with silence. I then proceeded to leave while promising never to return. I have never been treated so poorly by someone at a doctors office. I want to believe that I took things out of context or the wrong way but body language and tone said everything. As if they are angry because I can not afford their overpriced Luxottica frames... It took several days after that for me get my summary. I was told my glasses would be in in 2 weeks, but they were not. After 3 weeks I called inquiring about the glasses. I was put on hold and waited for some time. The person came back to the phone and asked me for some personal information, and I was put on hold again. That person came back and let me know that my glasses were in and told me the they had not been displayed yet. I asked her how long that had been at the shop she implied, for some time. You cannot help but look. It is on the front of the building and wraps around both sides. It was painted in 2016 and is the work of Justin Oloson of Olson Studios. The right side of the mural depicts a close up of a bright blue-eyed person with glasses on set against a colorful wavy background. The front has the building's address hidden into an eye chart and a brown eyed man with glasses on and the colorful waves behind the eye chart and to the mans right. The left side of the building has a blonde-haired, blue-eyed woman, yep, you guessed it, with eye glasses, looking at the colorful waves that are in front of her. I like the colors used in the mural. The colorful waves contrast very well with the background. And even though it is somewhat basic, the artwork is on point, Olson is very talented. The mural is in excellent shape and looks pretty fresh. Parking here to get a closer look is pretty simple. You can pull into the clinic's parking lot or snag a free spot on the street, get out and look as long as your heart desires. I just parked on the street in front of the clinic. Anyway, as with most murals that I have visited and reviewed, this is not a long stop. I was there less than 5 minutes. So, you may want to consider planning out additional stops at many of the other attractions in the area, or making this stop part of a larger itinerary to maximize your time and trip.
