I do think the service call pricing shoul dbe better explained when making an appointment. It appears a service call fee is just to come out, and associated parts and an houlry rate seem to be extras? The hague dealer is $150 for the serevice call plus an hourly rate, plus parts.

All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far.
