I came home to my water well system not working. ( i have absolutely 0 experience working with a well btw ) so I called Steve and he quickly had a solution and the correct capacitor i needed to get my system back working again. Mind you, this was at like 6pm on a Saturday, and he still picked up first call! I was able to pick the part up quickly, and for a extremely good price. When i went home and installed the capacitor there were a couple things i needed help troubleshooting and Steve was more than happy to answer my call and walk me through the process. My system works perfectly again. I deeply appreciate businesses like Goodell well & pump services. Not many people out there like them in this day and age. Now about 6:30pm, he picks his phone right up and proceeds to walk me through over the phone how to take my entire electrical system apart, clean it and put it together, over the next hour and a half. Goodell Well and Pump Service were so helpful on the phone that I was amazed. I had air in my pipes coming from the well tank. The water for weeks had been sputtering out of my faucets. Instead of setting up a date to come out and charging me unnecessarily for an easy repair, Goodell simply walked me through the process of fixing in over the phone! They didn't charge me anything!! We were having problems with a bunch of air sputtering from our fausets from the well. My husband gave them a call, from the gate they were super professional and very nice. Within an hour someone was at our house. We had very little knowledge about the well so he took time to explain exactly what all the parts did and how they work. Our water pump broke down yesterday, my wife called Goodell in the afternoon. Michael came over in an hour and after the inspection I was informed pump is no longer in working condition. I asked them about their availability to put new one in, Michael said it was next day. Michael and crew were here on time and started promptly. They were done by 3. Pump is working like a champ and water pressure is very strong. We haven't had this strong water pressure in a while.
