I was dealing with water runoff going into my neighbor's yard and wasn't sure where it was coming from. My original landscaper made a few adjustments but was not as thorough, and the main irrigation issue still persisted. I was not happy with him, so I decided to contact Dimitri at Prestige Irrigation. I was worried it was going to be a much bigger problem, but Dimitri was able to pinpoint the issue coming from a sprinkler and fix it at a fair price. He was professional and explained everything clearly as to what happened. Definitely recommend Prestige Irrigation for irrigation repairs. read more

Dmitriy was very friendly and extremely helpful in identifying the issue with our lawn's sprinkler system.

We needed an old and tired irrigation system updated and Dimitri had the knowledge, skills and crew to deliver what we needed.

Our irrigation was installed a few years ago, and every summer we'd have more dead patches we'd have to hand water. Prestige Irrigation quickly assessed we had several sprinklers that needed raising, some needed replacing, and we had a leaking valve that needed repair. They did all the work and adjusted the spray and timing in one afternoon. Our lawn looks SO much better! read more

Dimitri was great! We had a valve leak and put in a request to several companies late in the day to replace the valve. Dimitri came out that evening to diagnose the issue and stop the leak. He followed up the following morning to perform a more permanent fix that was better suited for the problem and beyond what he had originally come out to do. He wanted to make sure the job was done right and stuck with the price we were originally quoted. Would definitely recommend. read more

I highly recommend Prestige Irrigation. He did an Excellent job replacing 2 old sprinkler systems. Provided detailed information on the process, the equipment and the time needed to complete the job. A detailed budget was provided. read more

Immediate mobilization, thorough inspection of my problem as well as the yard in its entirety, and provided cost-effective solutions. Highly recommend. read more

Dmitriy fixed up the outdated and spotty irrigation in my backyard with more water efficient sprinklers and ensured it covered the entire yard. He's very knowledgeable and thorough, and he did a wonderful and thoughtful job also setting up the drip irrigation and connecting it to existing drip. He made sure my patio where the new line ran through was in the same shape it started, which was really kind of him. My grass has come back and the roses are flourishing! I'd definitely recommend; his prices were very fair and comparable to other quotes I got, but I also feel like he went above and beyond with sharing options for my drip setup that could be more cost effective, so I really appreciated that. read more

I had reserved time specifically for Dimitri's scheduled visit, so I was frustrated when he cancelled last-minute without any explanation. He called right at the time he was supposed to arrive. I suppose he could have no-showed without any call whatsoever, so I'll give 2 stars instead of 1. I can only comment on scheduling and communication. I have no idea about the quality of his work if he does show up. Update given the business owner's reply: I was a hopeful customer and he cancelled on me. Instead of finding narratives to externalize blame, Dimitri could instead have a gracious response or make a commitment to improve scheduling or logistics so he doesn't set appointments he cannot keep. read more

I had an excellent experience with Prestige Irrigation. Dimitri kept me informed of all the work and adjustments that were being handled. My system is old and needed a lot of attention. Once again, my lawn is now very happy! read more

I had a terrible leak in my irrigation system next to the driveway. I requested quotes from several businesses and was referred to Prestige by one of them. Dimitri was prompt in his response and was able to come the next day. He called ahead and communication was clear and easy. He identified the pvc breaks and repaired both. He also re piped a pvc valve. He took photos and explained everything clearly. I am very pleased with Dimitri's work and customer service and will definitely call on him again should I need any other irrigation work. Thank you! read more

I scheduled a consultation with Prestige Irrigation yesterday for today between 4-6 PM. Dmitriy confirmed, I shared my contact info, and I added it to my calendar. Instead of honoring the appointment, he called me at 9 AM, and by 10 AM he canceled entirely--claiming he "hadn't heard back." When I replied at 10:15, reminding him our appointment was for later in the day, he was dismissive and even insinuated I had read his message and ignored it. Canceling a confirmed appointment with less than a day's notice, then blaming the customer, is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. If this is their idea of customer service, I can only imagine what their repair work looks like. read more

Dimitri returned my call promptly. He came out and replaced a defective solenoid in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again.

We had a few long neglected issues. Dimitri was friendly and knowledgeable. I would use him again and recommend his service.

Dimitriy was quick to respond and very helpful and informative during our initial interaction. Even though we are a touch out of his service area, he made the trek to see if he could help with leaking sprinklers and valves. The project ended up being larger than both he and I anticipated, but he was communicative throughout the process and helped me understand exactly what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost as he was updating his project proposal. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working and knowledgeable irrigation specialist. read more

Dimitriy did a great job fixing our problems with our sprinkler system. The cost and value of the work done is pretty good. I would recommend him to friends and family. read more

Great overall experience! Dmitriy was responsive and easy to communicate with from arranging the initial evaluation / estimate through all of the services he provided. He was approachable and patient in walking us through every irrigation zone to make sure we both understood the system and were happy with the work. His attention to detail was excellent. He also provided all sorts of appreciated advice and explanations which was super useful for those that have less experience. He helped set up the program to minimize the amount of tinkering we would have to do as well. We were pleased enough to have him come back and help us out with maintenance some more, and when the work took longer than originally estimated, he was kind enough to adjust the final price. He made a huge headache much more manageable, and we are so appreciative! Thank you so much. read more

I found Dmitriy because I contacted one of the other top rated irrigation specialists in Sac area and they weren't available and asked me to contact Prestige Irrigation instead. That was the first good sign. We had a few leaks I wanted fixed, plus the system had never been inspected in years. He arrived on time and fixed the leaks on the spot, and showed me how old our sprinkler valves were and it made sense they were beyond needing replacement. The communication was top notch-- even when the project couldn't be done because we couldn't figure out where the water access was, he kept me in the loop twice daily until he returned 2 days later to finish the job. He dug out the water access hidden beneath some plants for years from the previous homeowner (thanks for finding it!) and was able to install 4 new sprinkler valves for us at a super reasonable price. I called a few other companies and about pricing and his price beat the others. He is friendly, takes his time and showed me how everything works before and after. Funny story, the next door neighbor's sprinkler valves started gushing right as he was doing our job and he was able to help them out at the same time. He was professional through and through. Will contact him again when we need more drip lines placed in the future! read more

Dimitry was quick to reply to my service request for a repair to my existing sprinkler system. Unfortunately, we did not get beyond that because of his inability to actually stick to an appointment time and show up to do the estimate. On one of the initial communications, he messaged after 10pm that he had availability to meet a couple days later. I replied an hour later approximately 11pm and he messaged me the following day at 9am that time slot was already filled. Doubtful, but fine. Next, he then offered to meet the upcoming Friday or Saturday. We made an appointment for Saturday between 8-9 am which was confirmed again on Wednesday. The night before we are to meet, Friday at 4:30pm I get a voicemail and message, that he needs to reschedule the Saturday appointment now for Monday and that he will be out of town until Sunday. Really?! Who does that? Why make an appointment if you will be out of town? This guy does not want to work or had something else more important come up. He is completely unprofessional and for a name like "prestige" it's anything but that. His time is more significant than yours. He can disregard you, he can disrespect you and cancel on you last minute which is totally unacceptable. I would have made other arrangements with other contractors who actually wanted to work instead of getting the run around from this guy. read more

Dmitiry recently came out to our house to assess an error message on our irrigation control panel. It turns out we had a faulty valve that stopped working and needed to be replaced. He came by at the end of a busy day and still had a great sense of humor. Plus, he did not rush the work even though we were his last client. He talked us through what he was doing the whole time and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be contacting Prestige Irrigation again in the future for any irrigation system needs read more

They did a good job communicating and scheduling, then diagnosing and eventually fixing the problem(s) while being upfront and open about costing and breaking things down. We had some weaker default valves and pipes that eventually broke and we got to upgrade them upon repair and now the system is working perfectly and stronger than before. Everything got fixed within two days and they were a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommending to friends soon to work with Prestige Irrigation. read more

Dmitriy replaced a leaking isolation valve and irrigation housing in my backyard. I appreciated that he was able to resolve the issue because it had been giving me an issue for quite some time. Due to the extensiveness of the work (digging up tne entire housing, isolating the line, etc) it took a full day to complete the work. While I wished Dmitriy had a longer warranty for the work (6 months), the valve and housing are still holding up well 6 months later. read more
