The lead installer was described by one of my neighbors as "unctious" which I had to look up in the dictionary. It's good because I was stuck somewhere between condescending and rude. As bad as the install was, it took three times as long as the owner promised. So long in fact, that he drove out just to see why. When he was shown photos of the "finished" job and admitted it was bad and did nothing but threaten to send the same guy back. It is better to spend your money on an out of town, county or even state company to start with because for a viable system, you will eventually.
