TechLab - That big red and black building at the corner of Market and Alder

Great experience in finding someone here who can repair a computer and they're local too!! Easy to…read morefind downtown at Wishkaw and K street. I had a problematic Dell computer that needed some help and in no time (3 days in my case which I thought to be fair) I had it back and it was good as new. While I know just enough to be dangerous when it comes to fixing and upgrading a computer, when I run into a problem that I can't handle the fine folks at TechLab in downtown Aberdeen will help get your machine back on track like they did with mine. Thumbs up and thanks again to TechLab!!

It's a pity you have to give at least one star to review! The only thing worse than the hash this…read morecompany made of my security camera installation was the owners insistence that the same guy who botched it up would be the one to come back to fix it. After my neighbors saw the job they did with my system, a few started looking up any other installers, which is how I finally got the mess I was left fixed. The lead installer was described by one of my neighbors as "unctious" which I had to look up in the dictionary. It's good because I was stuck somewhere between condescending and rude. As bad as the install was, it took three times as long as the owner promised. So long in fact, that he drove out just to see why. When he was shown photos of the "finished" job and admitted it was bad and did nothing but threaten to send the same guy back. It is better to spend your money on an out of town, county or even state company to start with because for a viable system, you will eventually. This is probably the first yelp review not written by an employee so be warned.
