A true lifesaver for me. My computer stopped recognizing the WiFi connection. I tried several businesses and got no response or one who insisted I had to bring the desktop computer in to his business for "complete diagnostics". Fortunately for me, Allen answered on a late Friday afternoon.... he tried to find problem over the phone and when he couldn't he came out... He fixed the WiFi connection in less than 5 minutes and corrected my printer issue. He showed me on the computer where he found the issues and HOW he corrected them.. I have been struggling with Windows 10 and wanted to go back to 7 but my new computer (6 months old) never had 7 installed so Alan Long answered my query on the Microsoft web site and he basically promised me that he could arrange my computer as if it were 7 so I could feel more comfortable with it. (BTW his office is actually down the hill from Ft. George's and quite accessible on Commercial St). I spent close to an hour with him and watched him do wonders with the things I had been having problems with. He had already printed out for me a custom interactive training guide that is basically a "quick reference card" that shows a lot of commonly used keyboard shortcuts and he arranged my desktop so it looks very much like the Windows 7 that I am so used to. He even installed a "Remote Access" on my desktop so if I am having problems I can call him remotely and let him know then I can activate that access program and he can actually go into my computer (he doesn't have to even be in the same state for this program) and fix the problem for me or explain how I can do this. The program he installed will only allow him to access my computer the one time, and then when I terminate the access that day, it erases the password I have to give him and if we need to do this all over again another day it creates a new password so I have to give him the new one each time I want him to help me. All-in-all this was the most support and help I have ever received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any computer support you might need and you will not beat his price for an hour session with him. read more
