So far the man has helped me fix an 81' 23 inch Zenith console TV (by repairing the 9-160 board), and also a 1980 Zenith "Integrated Stereo" system. Literally every other shop and tech in a 50 mile radius had turned me down (for the last 10 years or so) on these specific devices - BUT Victor took a chance, and said basically "Eh, 50/50, I try... I love the weird old stuff." Well, the dude knows his stuff (weird, old or indifferent), and he didn't just try, he went far and beyond what any normal person hoping for a quick buck would do - and honestly, even IF he hadn't fixed these 2 items, I'd still just be thankful the guy is around and still having a passion for fixing this stuff.
