Chopstix Express has such fantastic Chinese food. It is always cooked to order and the food is always hot and delicious. We have tried a variety of dishes and have not been disappointed with any of them. Their Won Ton Soup is also excellent. The owners are such kind people and deeply care about the quality of their food, asking for any feedback you might offer and do their best to give you a wonderful experience. There have been very few if any Chinese takeouts I have not enjoyed , but I definitely had a terrible experience with this restaurant. The food was inedible . The chicken in the bourbon chicken was dry as a bone and flavorless and I'm not even certain it was chicken . The fried rice tasted as though it had been fried in 1 month old cheap oil . The jumbo shrimp in the shrimp dish were fishy and the sauce had little if any flavor . The egg rolls werE undercooked and flavorless . Forgot rice for both meals, extremely unhappy. Ofcourse my boyfriend went so he didn't check the order and wtf kind of Chinese restaurant forgets your rice or doesn't give it to you. Gabe him free soda and small shit desert, I wanted god damn rice with my chicken. I have pepsi at home!!!!! Also appetizers were burned and the orange peels in my chicken were practically black. My husband and I stopped in to this adorable little Chinese restaurant and were blown away. We got fried dumplings, sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and crab Rangoon and an egg roll. The dumplings were soooooo amazing! I strongly recommend them. The eggroll was okay, not the best eggroll but it wasnt the worst either, the chicken was cooked perfect with that crispy outside I expect from sweet and sour and the sauce was perfectly sweet and sour. The crab Rangoon wasn't as sweet as I expected it to be but it wasn't bad. All in all the staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was inviting and the food was great for the price. Finding good Chinese food in this area is difficult....but I think I found it. Too bad it is 25 minutes from my house! I believe a real test is the fried rice. It was excellent. Kinda crispy vs. soggy. I had the pan fried noodles which were very good. Loaded with meat. 2 meals really. The egg drop soup was good as was the egg roll. Will definitely be back. This is really good Chinese take out. Menu online is accurate, service is quick and polite, food is really good. They have a couple of tables there so you can eat in but it's more of a take out place. This is my Chinese place of choice in the area. read more

Absolutely some of the worse food I have ever attempted to eat. We ordered take-out and everything we ordered was inedible. These five star and four star reviews must have been family members. We were craving chinese food and went by the yelp reviews. We spent over 30 dollars and threw it all away. Even our dogs would not eat it. Definitely the worst chinese food I have ever bought. We did takeout tonight. I ordered online using their app. The food was just coming out of the kitchen when I got there and it was piping hot. We got the house soup with chicken, pork, and shrimp. The vegetables were cooked just right-crisp-tender. We shared shrimp lo mein, chicken & vegetables with white sauce, and cashew chicken. Everything was delicious! We also enjoyed an order of steamed meat dumplings. So glad we have leftovers for tomorrow! read more

the place is very clean, they have streamers hanging from the ceiling and all of them were clean, no dusty build up on the decorations, the plants, etc. the woman greeted us and was very friendly. food was very good, nice size portions. had mine to go and it was packed good. read more

I was pleasantly surprised. The hot sour soup was excellent. Very satisfying. My husband loved the Happy Family, the wonton soup, the plain rice and the spring rolls. I enjoyed the moo shu pork. Maybe not the best I ever had, but it was good. The people were so nice and friendly. We did take out but maybe would eat there next time even though it is crowded with only 4 tables.
