Teriyaki was grilled chicken chunks that were overcooked and hard with a mild thin sauce poured over it. The tempura was OK but not crispy. We were looking for a decent place to go for a Bento box and Bamboo Bistro is not it. Obvious they assemble meals there instead of cooking to order. Mediocre at best.

They did not put any pepper or chili in it but we didn't ask for that so maybe it's on us. Typically the Thai places ask from 1-5 how spicy you want it but there guys didn't.
