We enjoyed visiting this family-owned restaurant. The service was quick and courteous. The restaurant was decorated with colorful art and it felt welcoming. There was a wide array of dishes to choose from. We ended up trying the beef and mushrooms, chicken and broccoli, and a spicy chicken dish. Everything was well-seasoned and the portions were big enough for leftovers, which reheated really well. Overall, I would say this place is a good value for the cost and the quality of the food is worth coming back. Thank you! read more

Food tasted like it was off of a buffet. Ordered for 2 meals plus soup and app. 2 entree plus side, 1 entree plus side, wonton app and miso soup. The amount of grease in the to go box was amazingly gross for being beef and broccoli. The wontons were old soggy, at $1 each was one of the biggest rip offs of the meal. The miso soup had no tofo in it, there was a haze to the soup that was unidentifiable (took 1 spoonful and threw away the rest). Noodles (1 of the sides) were so starchy and bland, definitely don't do that. We ordered a to go order so I'm not sure what kind service inside they have. SPREAD THE WORD!! This place is SO GOOD!! Perfect textures, tastes, hot, and fresh!! What I always want Asian food to taste like. When I walk in it's like I'm in a Korean show because the vibes are IMMACULATE. The decor was adorable, the service was quick, attentive, and kind!! The food looks and tastes PERFECT! I have not eaten at your restaurant yet, just looking at the 10 photos of food. I love Chinese food and the comments are from your photos. Lo men pictures shows very little cabbage and the noodles look dry no gravy. The fried rice looks like there is no veggies or very little, two of the big things I eat. I am hoping it is that the pictures are not doing justice to your food. I plan on trying your restaurant, please do not take this as a complaining but observant person. It's very clean and spacious. The menu is clear and the staff is helpful, kind and efficient. The prices are unbeatable. The portions for the price were large and the flavor was pretty good. They had plenty of options plus they have really good brown sugar boba tea. read more

I tried out Chopstick Express this evening. There was nothing about the meal that was satisfactory. I munched on one of the items, the cream cheese wonton, as soon as I received them. They were soggy and completely room temperature. When I got home 6 minutes later, I started to eat the rest of the meal. The only thing I could taste of the fried rice was that the rice tasted several days old, was room temperature at best. Other than that there was NO flavor. Well, no flavor other than way too much pepper. I tried the orange chicken next. I have no idea wherecthey got the idea that thiscwas ORANGE chicken. I was coldcfried chicken in a sweet and sour sauce. All of it was cold. Also, if I wanted a mouthful of pepper I would have simply gone home and grabbed the pepper mill. It was not edible; even my dog wouldn't touch it. Last item I ate was the sweet and sour chicken. It was dry, with two small cups of sweet and sour sauce in separate containers. Of course, it was also cold. The chicken was oddly chewy and tasted anything BUT fresh. It was like frozen chicken nuggets left outcome thaw - and then left out way too long before cooking. The breading on the chicken was downright soggy and "pasty" tasting. Where the orange chicken tasted like a pepper factory, there was NO taste (think cardboard) to the sweet and sour chicken. The very last item, the fortune cookie, was good. The "fortune" however was a half a strip of blank paper. I guess the proprietor saves money by buying cut-rate fortune cookies.... What could this restaurant do to improve?? They could close. This was both the first and last time for me eating here. I actually am wondering about the safety of the bit of food that I DID eat - my stomach is grumbling in a very unpleasant way. read more

They place looks nice. Very clean. Food looks good. I did a lunch hibachi which they do in kitchen and bring out. It includes soup. The soup would be $3.00 extra with other meals. Basically I got rice, stir fried veggies of onion, carrot and zucchini in a pleasant sauce with three tiny cubs of meat and four medium size shrimp . For $18.00?? Not worth the money at all. The orange chicken entree is my go to here, both the rice or the noodles that come with it are fantastic. The sauce for the chicken has great flavor without being overbearingly sweet. The staff are always super friendly and willing to answer any questions. I haven't tried the drive thru yet but the take out service is exceptional, I've not spent more than 2 minutes getting food there. This place makes Panda Express seem Michelin star worthy. The fried rice is literally white rice with added peas and soy sauce and the chicken is beyond horrible. Tried the sesame chicken, orange chicken, sweet & sour chicken, beef mushroom and black pepper chicken. All were dry and terrible. Extremely overcooked portions of mystery meat deep fried in sauces that really don't resemble anything I've ever had from a solid Chinese restaurant. Even for fast casual this place is disgusting. This spot needs to shut down and a new option needs to emerge. Sadly though, half of Covington will think this dog food is acceptable and it will flourish only because of its location. Wenr to TE at Pinnacle pky. Tried to see menu online saw spicy beef mushroom combo for 5.50 with fried rice & egg roll. Tried to call. Phone don't work. Drove up there said no spicy just beef & mushrooms. Ok ordered it with fried rice. Got to window it was 8.25. Got home fried rice had no meat no flavor 90 % mushrooms 4 thin strips of beef 2 bamboo shoots 1 piece of carrot no egg roll. Will not be back! read more
