Wonderful location, truly! Food is always fresh, even the sushi and desert bar. Noodles, egg rolls, and coconut shrimp are some of the best I've ever had at any Chinese restaurant. Our server, the ONLY server, is so kind and is quick to be there when you need her. She is attentive, sweet, and takes initiative instantly. The space is organized, clean, and overall well kept! The prices are also very fair considering the amazing food. Me and my boyfriend have become regulars and will be for a while! Thank you for an amazing experience. read more

It was an ok Chinese buffet. The sushi had a lot of rice that was very chewy. The "healthier" options were limited due in part to the size of the place. The banana pudding wasn't fresh and had an artificial taste. The staff are at your beck and call and are ready to take your plate as soon as you're done. It's pretty good for the price but the food isn't the best quality. They also offer takeout and DoorDash. read more

Don't waste your money ordering white meat they just scoop from the Buffet that has been sitting out.

Everything I had was very good. Wish they had a bigger selection. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were great.

Chopstick has the best Chinese cuisine in Hancock County on the gulf coast of Mississippi! As mentioned by the restaurant's promise they use for never using MSG, their food is extremely fresh, made-from-scratch in the kitchen! Chopstick's ingredients are extremely fresh, and especially with incredible flavor and quality! Chopstick may have a decent quantity of food in the buffet, but I definitely enjoy having the opportunity to eat Coconut Shrimp, Chicken and Broccoli, Fried Rice, and Veggie Mei Fun! Oh, and sushi rolls are also available for the taking with the buffet option, but an additional $5.99 for takeout sushi (not included in the buffet takeout). Despite the quiet ambiance, the restaurant has great casual vibes for lunch hours. On top of the top-notch service, our server was extremely friendly from being seated until the time we got our fortune cookies! I score Chopstick Chinese a 5-star rating, granted it's a wonderful hidden gem along US-90 in BSL! read more

Very nice buffet. We were able to find things we both liked. Lived here almost 3 years and this was our first visit. Somehow missed the place. Pleasantly surprised. We'll likely go back. read more

Ooooooh Yesssssssss!! Finally some Awesome Chinese Food that compares to what I am used to from Chicago!! Go figure it's typically places that don't look that impressive from the outside looking in. And this place definitely did NOT disappoint me!! Had order to go and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag back at my Hotel (Traveling for work)* The smells actually matched the powerful flavors packed into each delicious bite!! The shrimp eggroll was sublime...* The Triple Delight was Tripping Delicious....!! The Teriyaki Chicken on a stick was Terrificified!! Fresh veggies and large portions of meats with savory sauces and authentic ingredients!! Also the Great sign for me was to see actual "Chinese Folks" sitting in the corner eating here as customer's.....* Speaking Mandarin and enjoying their experience....and I this entire food experience was Decadent and Tasty! Highly recommend this place & I'll 4sure come back again to try more dishes! 100 "5" Stars!! read more

I have ordered twice through the drive thru both in July. The meal was acceptable if home cooked and I bought and poured a sauce on it. Coconut shrimp was shrimp, rice and sauce. No batter on the shrimp. Next time Gen Tsao's chicken and rice. Same... Chicken tenders and rice with sauce. Again if home cooked from non professional would eat it. But paying for it was bad. 3 other Chinese/Vietnamese style restaurants in the area surpass the quality. I'm not bashing the Chop Stix as maybe my expectations were set too high. Possibly just the Bay City, TX location as I have not been to other locations. read more

Great food.. we choose this place over all others. They are fast, service is good, and food is delicious.

Tasty, fast, and inexpensive Chinese takeout. Just what we wanted. Saw the buffet when I picked up my order. It looked good and fresh. Will have to go try it sometime. read more

Small but great food got over stuffed if wasn't far would go again nice service fish taste great

We love Chopstick! We almost always get takeout, so I will speak to that. First, the food is always VERY, VERY fresh! The ingredients must be very fresh for the food to be so incredibly good. My husband loves the Wonton Egg Drop Soup, Shrimp Fried Rice and the Egg Foo Yung. The Egg Foo Yung portion is incredible and it always provides enough food for two full meals. My favorite is the Mongolian Beef. The portion here is also big and definitely sharable. All items can be ordered mild or spicy and we love that option. The staff is courteous and friendly. Orders never take long, and they also have an online ordering option. I scored them a four because the Egg Drop Soup on our last order was flavorless. This is not typical for Chopstick at all. It's hands down our favorite Chinese restaurant in the Bay-Waveland area. read more

07/01/24, I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken. It was so tuff and dry that it was very hard to chew. I ordered from them numerous times before and had no issues with the quality of the food. I threw half of it out before deciding to take it back for a re-fund and advise them to more carefully monitor their cooks. I spoke to the manager who refused to refund the cost of the food. She did however hand me three ($3.00) dollars as compensation. Never again will I do business with this Restaurant. Piss Poor Business Practices. read more

I absolutely love this place! I fell in love with their teriyaki chicken on a stick! The staff is so friendly and kind (Shout out to the two women who work the front! Thanks yall!) Their buffet looks fabulous. I usually just order online and grab it on my way home so I can share with my puppy. The teriyaki chicken is a must!! So juicy and crispy and perfect! Thank you Chopstick team!! read more

Sadly, the quality of the food has gone down and the prices have risen. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp expecting it to be delicious with gulf shrimp, however, what I received was a ball of fried batter covering a bait shrimp and to top it off the shrimp tail was stuck into the batter. It was not even attached to shrimp. I don't think they are going to last long serving dishes like this. I am so disappointed in them. read more

Ordered thru Waitr. Fried dumplings, chicken lo mein and Singapore mei fun. Dumplings had little to no meat, mostly dough and were waaay over fried. Never seen lo mein that color. Tasted like dirty oil. Threw both of them out. Husband's Singapore mei fun was great but I don't eat spicy. Dog ate a dumpling. I was out of luck. $50 total with delivery fees. Terrible. read more

For their delivery service, which can be ordered online, I will give it 4 stars. It's American Chinese food - what does one expect?!. I expected sweet and sour combinations of food with fried (or steamed) rice delivered to my door in a brown paper sack that was double bagged in a plastic sack. I wasn't disappointed in the delivery at all. It arrived on time, every time. Food tasted like it should from almost every other Chinese delivery service I have ever had in this country. The Crab Rangoons were great, egg rolls were on point, Sesame Chicken as I expected and the Sweet and Sour sauce that came With the sweet and sour chicken a great addition to almost all of the food ordered. . The Lo Mein wasn't my favorite - but that's my personal opinion. My kids really liked it. read more

Had dinner here a few days ago. And it was good enough to remember and "YELP" lol Service was ok. The food was on point. DELICIOUS ORANGE CHICKEN!! I was amazed at how fresh it actually was. It was not all cover in thick batter. It was crispy and tender. Just right. Just right!! read more

Stopped for quick meal. The selection on buffet was very limited. Fried shrimp had thick batter but meat was not cooked well. Everything else was just okay. read more

This restaurant was amazing! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The customer service was superb and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely go back! read more

The family and owners are nice, and while my family loves terrible Chinese food, I literally cannot stomach this kind of American-Chinese atrocity. This is the saddest, greasiest "Chinese" buffet ever. I went with my cousins and while they chowed down, I took one look and knew my stomach wouldn't be able to handle that food and it wasn't even worth trying. read more

Best Chinese food in Hancock County! Food is always great, owners and staff always friendly and very customer centric, wait is never long. Definitely our recommendation for Chinese food in BSL and surrounding area! read more

The only Chinese restaurant I go to. Their egg rolls are great. Best crab Rangoon I've ever had. And when you ask for hot, you get the special mustard in the plastic cup, it's as hot as wasabi! Great for dipping egg rolls! I love their wonton soup also. It is brothy, the way soup should be, and the wontons are so big they remind me of potstickers! I have to lay down and sleep now, we just got finished LOL! read more

Located in a shopping center behind a BK just off Hwy. 90. If you are looking for very good Chinese food this is your place. My son and I had a great experience here. A family run operation, the service is very friendly and personal. I asked about a few buffet items that were Chopstick originals. The owner explained that they have some customers allergic to seafood but likes the sauce. They make the dish with chicken instead. Very good! The food on the line was fresh and hot. You can't go wrong with Chopstick. read more

I love this place. The chef is wonderful and everything is consistently fresh and cooked to perfection. The crab Rangoon is my favorite. The sweet and sour sauce is perfect. You can opt for white chicken for an additional cost which is a nice option. It's a nice, family-owned restaurant and the owners are very kind and always remember me and my order. I would give it 6 stars if I could. read more

I gave one star because I was unable to give none. At all costs, avoid eating at Chop Stick. We spent $50 on food to throw the entire order in the trash. We ordered orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and shrimp with lobster sauce. I'm fairly certain the shrimp had spoiled. The order came with lo mein. The noodles were orange! The egg rolls were a greasy mess. The orange chicken was slimy as was the beef. In all, this was the worst food I've ever ordered in my life. Just don't do it! read more

Great place great food everyone that hates it like the idiot below that wouldn't even attempt to try it is a fucknut. This place is amazing I love the owner read more

I rarely sit down to eat here, I usually order for pickup. Their buffet selection isn't as broad as I would like, but you still get a good selection. When I've called in a takeout order, it's usually around 15 minutes from call to walk out. It's a fine spot for Chinese food. read more

Small restaurant but great food and service and does deliver. You can order off the menu or they do have a buffet also. Their General Tso's chicken is the best I have ever had at any Chinese restaurant and I get it often. The portion is big enough for two meals. read more

Less than 2 miles away with online ordering & prompt delivery. Always hot & fresh, and they use really nice local shrimp. Their delivery alone is enough to get me hooked. Pizza is the only other delivery option in our area. Love the crab Rangoon, spring rolls & seasons shrimp. Xia Xia! read more

My favorite Chinese restaurant around here! Fantastic egg drop soup and fried sushi! Great fresh food!

Well I didn't expect a whole lot because I always do my homework before I try a new place and not a whole lot is what I got. Nothing was foul by any means but here's where they lost me. Everything and I mean everything is so heavily drenched in thick sauce and I avoid the sauce covered items whatever I can so I had a plate of monster calories and for that reason I will not be back-ever. The coconut chicken was covered in a frosting thick consistency sauce and it was just way too much for even me to handle. Well, It's been 60 minutes since we left and honestly I feel like I have eaten a basketball errrrrrrrr. I will have to skip dinner tonight to make up for this lunch disaster so that was not worth it.Hate this heavy gross feeling but I had to try the place. Its very very small and don't get fooled by others reviews of "sushi". Its those awful rolls that have like a piece of avocado and god only knows what else- there is no fish on there at all. I am a buffet lover so please note I am not a snob but if you like sickly sweet thick sauce on your food then this is you place. Enjoy at your own waistlines risk. read more

Small selection of food. Most of the fruit comes straight from a can. I had to ask for clean silverware not once but twice and the waitress had an attitude when I asked for a new set. Unclean carpets, walls, the bathroom was very dirty as well. We won't be going back and wouldn't refer this place. Very disappointed. The price point is very high considering it's not the best kept restaurant. Negative experience all around. read more
