I was also charged for the house special, which I confirmed on the receipt. I understand they were extremely busy, but mistakes happen. What mattered most was how it was handled afterward. When I called to explain the issue, the response was very rude. I was told they would "take care of it next time." I explained that I rarely come there--this was only my second or third visit in about three years--and that I would not be back for a long time. The girl responded with "too bad" and then hung up on me. Between receiving the wrong food, being overcharged, and being treated rudely on the phone, this was a very frustrating experience. Customer service like that ensures I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others.
