I live in Arlington it's that good. I had no other business down here, just needed the kraken! Pretty delicious, didn't have time to take a photo! The Huli Huli chicken and Bulgorrito are delicious too! I like their seating inside the ambiance is alright if it isn't busy with sit down people. Usually to-go people but I've eaten inside and taken out. Love love love this place! read more

Wow! Bulgogi burrito-a two fisted honker of chopped seasoned bulgogi with salad mix encased in rice and wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla. On it is a spicy mayo sauce which has a sweet spicy kick. It is HUGE!! There are other choices and the bowls look awesome too. The bulgogi fries are-dare I say it? - better than the animal style fries at In-N-Out. I LOVE their big burritos! I go there almost every day for lunch during work. And they are too good. Huge, fresh, juicy. My favorite is "Crispy Chicky". They can even customize your order! Just had my first Chops experience. I asked the cashier which burrito was the most popular and she said "All of 'em." Okay, I said, let's start at the top. The Bulgogi sounds great. Whoooaa! Way better than great! For about $13, I have two huge meals. Half of this burrito and I'm stuffed! Seasoned and spicy. I'm a white middle aged lady, so maybe not spicy by others but the sign said spicy mayo and I thought it was perfect! Highly recommend this spot. Casual and quick! read more

This place is fire - no ifs ands or buts. The owners are great and I'm happy they opened a spot in Lynnwood (now I don't have to travel all the way to Everett)! As others have said, their portions are HUGE - I can make one burrito last two meals. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a look. I would recommend the huli huli chicken or the bulgogi burrito. read more

I feel a strong wave of guilt today at the realization that I have not written a review of Chops!! I totally thought I had, but upon coming in to (what I thought) "update" my review with a photo of their latest menu, I realized I never written that first review. Shame on me. It's literally one of my top 3 (if not my top 1) favorite eateries in the puget sound. I live in Edmonds and I drive 30 minutes every week to go there. My #1 reco - Bulgaritto (beef is obviously the best, but since I'm trying to eat less meat, I've gone to the organic tofu, which is also amazing). Tofu is one of the few things you should always eat organic (because of the amount of pesticides in conventional soybeans), but there are only a few eateries that serve that. So this makes me doubly happy with Chops. A very close second: Huli Huli chicken anything (I usually get the burrito, because it's easy to transport and eat), but the plate is delicious too. And the combo plate with bulgogi beef and shrimp is bomb too. They also have pho... which a number of folks I've taken to loves. Basically everything is good on the menu. The folks that work there are super nice and friendly. You should go. That is all. read more

Have you ever eaten something and thought, this may be the best food I have ever tasted? Well look no further... I had an internal struggle about sharing my love for this place but I wanted to give back to my local community and decided to let others know about this hidden gem. Stop what you are doing. No really, if you aren't in your car, get off the couch, get out of bed and drive to Chops. I will wait. This place has amazing burrito fusions and every single one is delicious. I haven't tried the fish as I am not a seafood person ( although if I see food... thats another story for another day..) The burritos are humongous and good for two meals! If you have a roomie like I do, consider the huli huli and the "flaming boar" and each take a half. It's literally breakfast time and I am thinkin about Chops. When I am at work, I think about chops. ADIDAC. Yup, all day I am dreamin I am quite a self proclaimed "foodie" (what a millennial term ‍) but OMG chops. It may be the top 3 items I have ever eaten in my 32 years of eating solid foods. I have yet to have something I didn't like and I have tried all the burritos minus the fish (see above). Too bad this place is hidden in a spot that not many people will know because DANG THIS PLACE IS GOOD. Their burritos are absolute bonkers and have so much flavor in them. The restaurant itself totally a mom and pop shop in a small strip mall that looks relatively new and well maintained. I'm sure it's to cater to locals and those that work at Boeing. Chops looks like it serves asian fusion and the only reason I found this place was cause I went on Yelp and searched for food. It was the #1 post and had the best reviews but it was 15 mins away from where I'm at. I decided to give it a shot and oh boy was it worth it. I ordered a loco soba and three bulgorito's for family. The burrito portion is HUGE and way bigger than what you get at most Mexican restaurants. For $10 this is a steal because I can just cut it in half and save the rest for later. I honestly don't know what else to say but just go and try it! The Yelp pics you see are spot on. I don't even know how they wrap such a perfect burrito and makes me more disappointed at my local Mexican restaurant cause they can't even do as good as this. read more

I work right near here but never came. Turns out I have been missing out. This is a fusion of Mexican and Korean food. Basically they offer Korean burritos. They are not cheap ($10) but are HUGE. I had the Kraken which had batter fried fish, French fries (yes inside the burrito), calamari and other fillers. Simply fantastic except I could only eat 1/2. I had a side of egg rolls which were really good but deceptive because it says 4 piece and turned out to be 2 cut into four. read more

We each had the chicken rice plate. We were surprised that it was just chicken and rice, with no salad. It tasted good, but definitely needed a small salad on the side. Anytime I've ordered teriyaki, for example, it comes with a small salad. What's up with that? We've also had the huli huli and beef burritos, which had lots of good stuff in them, including greens, although ridiculously huge! Definitely need to be eaten with a knife and fork - too big and awkward for hand held. Otherwise, very good!! read more

FOREIGN OBJECTS FOUND IN FOOD! I used to come here frequently when I lived in Lynnwood and it was always delicious. Now I live about 90 minutes south so I cannot eat here often. My gf and I made the drive up to Everett and ordered a Bulgorrito and Locosoba. Initially everything was delicious but then I bit into something really hard. Upon spitting out my food, I discovered a black chunk of plastic. I immediately lost my appetite and went back to tell them what happened. I showed the lady at the front the chunk of plastic and explained that I bit into it and didn't feel comfortable eating my burrito. She just kept saying that's weird and didn't offer a solution. After a while of uncomfortable awkwardness, she offered to make me a new one which I appreciated. However, this is where it all went south. She tells the cooks what happened and asks them to make me a new burrito. That's when the cook starts talking trash about me in Korean. He says that it's impossible and that there is no way that the plastic came from them. Says they didn't put it in the burrito. Called me a liar and accused me of putting it in there myself to get a free burrito. Refused to make me a new burrito and had to be convinced by the lady to do it. In addition, I bit into a hard, solid piece of bone in my replacement burrito so I had to throw that out too. What they didn't realize is that I myself am Korean and can understand everything they said. And obviously they didn't purposely put a hard chunk of plastic in my food but that doesn't change the fact that it came from their kitchen and got into my burrito. Accidents happen and I was willing to look past it and let it go until they talked all that trash. That level of disrespect is what has permanently lost my business. read more

Wow this place punches way above its weight. Small strip mall near the warehouses nothing close but worth the drive. The fusion of Korean deliciousness in a wrap. I had the crunchy chicken, Katsu style chicken with great fresh veggies rice a yummy sauce. By the way be hungry the wrap is huge. I can't wait to try the Bagogi beef. I will say, skip the egg rolls they are food service, pre-made and as incredible my wrap was these you can get in the frozen isle. read more

I went to Chop Exoress for the first time two weeks ago by recommendation of a co-worker. I had envisioned a teriyaki stop but was pleasantly surprised to see the unique choices available. I chose the Bolgoritto and was not in the least disappointed. It was an enormous serving of food that was easily 2+ meals. The flavors were intense and fresh. I commented to my friends that this is the kind of food you look forward to eating leftovers before you're even done eating -kind of food! read more

This place is in a random strip mall and doesn't look like much but ...WOW!! I already have my next meal planned out. It was flavorful, fun and filing. I shared a Bulgorrito and Pot Stickers. It was more than enough food but next time I need to go with someone who likes spicy as I want to try adding kimchi or get a Flaming Boar. I wish this location was closer to where I lived as I am rarely in the area and had to force it today as it has been on my must try list for a while. read more

Man, this place is QUALITY and QUANTITY! They serve A LOT and for the price, can't top that! I got the Bimbibap bowl. It was a lot, I had to finish it the next day. It's fresh and tasty. In long Previously, my biggest complaint with coming here was the total lack of parking every time I have tried. They obviously have no trouble getting the crowds in here. Today we scored some free time in the mid-afternoon, and their HH starts at 3:00 every day. We did go off the HH menu for 3 items, which ended up being worth it. You can't help but notice the buildout here. Pretty lights, interesting patterns or murals on almost every wall, lots of cool detail to the finishes everywhere you look. They even have yon selfie wall next to the washrooms (they took down a much bigger one). The bar has a couple flatscreens showing the game, but I'd probably not come here specifically to pay attention to a ballgame. At regular price, we got an awesome plate of chunky guac which I'd put against guac anywhere around here, at least that I've tried. At $15, it was almost a buck a bite, but, man, it was tasty. The bean dip had a great creamy consistency and mixed well with all the other condiments. We also got a muddled fruit cocktail from the regular menu, which was also excellent. The ceviche isn't a huge portion, and not overloaded with shrimp, but, hey, it's HH, and it's super fresh and tasty. The street tacos had awesome grilled flavor on the chicken, and the salsa served with them was fresh and excellent. We got 2 other salsas with our chips; the table salsa is nice but mild on the heat. The habanero salsa was a little too runny to get much on a plain chip, but it had great flavor and kick. Everything tasted really fresh and added plenty of seasoning to whatever was on the table. This is definitely a good place to mash up your salsas and dips and see what you concoct. The street corn was delicious. Such a perfect HH food--easy for the kitchen, but tons of flavor, and they nail the presentation. Corn tasted really sweet and crunchy even though you know they get it frozen. I'd get it again any time. For 3 apps, 2 dips, and 2 cocktails, we were under $90 before tip. Not too bad, especially since we went off the HH menu for stuff. This place is definitely in the rotation.

What this place IS, is a great spot to get tasty Korean barbeque served traditionally OR wrapped up in a tortilla. The fusion wrap was excellent. It is like a plate of food, salad included wrapped up and ready to eat on the go. The price was inexpensive for the portion size. The tastes were well mixed with hints of rice wine vinegar and red pepper mayo. The menu is small enough to make me want to come back and try each of the unique wraps. Please be advised that this place no longer meets expectations. As a regular customer who frequently enjoyed the Bulgorrito, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food. The meat currently used is of inferior bad quality, resulting in an unpleasantly chewy texture. Additionally, some pieces of meat have an off-putting odor, suggesting spoilage, which detracts from the overall dining experience.
