Came here after hiking coming from up north with some friends after hearing about it from a Facebook video. They close at 3pm on Saturdays, which is a bummer because they would be making waaaay more money if they stayed open later. I ordered the bulgoritto and it was huge! I was only able to eat half and saved the other for later. But it was sooooo good! Very flavorful, the meat had some sweet hint to it. It wasn't super spicy, which I liked. YUM. We came here after seeing a Facebook ad that totally did its job. The food here is no joke. We have had the Bulgoritto, the Loco So a, and the Bimbimbap. All of them were excellent. Our favorite is the Bulgoritto. The meat is intensely flavorful, sweet, and tender, I just wanted to eat all of it! By the way, the portions are huge. Great for half the burrito now, half for later. The loco soba was also very delicious, but in a more savory way. The Bimbimbap is the best Bimbimbap I've ever had. So. Good. We would come here more often if it were closer to where we live. Wowzers! A most anticipated experience and they did not disappoint. The Bulgorrrito was jam packed with meat yet every bite was well balanced between meat, veggies, noodles and wrap. The Kraken had me salivating just looking at the picture. Again jam packed with fish, but every bite was well balanced on my palate. We did also try a small seafood Pho, but were not very impressed. But it's ok, because we love our usual pho restaurant (Basil) and it would take something seriously amazing to steer us from them. As for the atmosphere, don't expect anything fancy as seating is picnic tables, but the decor is intentional and not just a mish mash. If there's anything I can suggest it would be just to keep up a lil better on the bathroom facilities. We will definitely be back for their wraps though. There are still two others to try and a couple other dishes as well. read more

This type of food is new to me... I have a friend who's an excellent cook (she's Chinese) and very familiar with a variety of Asian cooking styles and she was extremely impressed as well. We ate the Bulgarrito (?) and another burrito type dish but unfortunately I can't remember the name. They were both really wonderful and I will look forward to returning again soon! Majority of the time Chop Express has a perfect taste for the Bulguritto. Nice marinated meat and so forth this last Friday we went and ordered 2 Bulgurittos with extra meat no rice extra chili dressing and extra spicy mayo. Instead we were given a dry Bulguritto meat had no flavor to the point that my second half of Bulguritto I had to mix up my own marinade to accomodate the plain taste. When I called today to complain the Lady was Friendly but did not offer to replace or make it right very disappointing. I go to places that are consistent with how they prepare their product after this experience I may not be inclined to try them again. read more

I loved this combination of Korean and Mexican burritos. The line was long but moved fast. I had the Kraken the fish burrito. So good. It has French Fries in it so not the best next day burrito, still amazing. The yakisoba burrito and bbq Korean pork was next and boom this is now my favorite burrito outside of my house. I have been going to both the Everett and Lynwood locations for the past three months on a monthly basis. The food is constantly excellent, and the value is outstanding considering the huge portion. The service is also generally great at the two locations, except for the young female employee at the Everett one, who is always unfriendly and smug. I had an interaction with her on Wednesday May 25th, 2022, at 7.40pm that was beyond the pale and which prompted me to write this review. I ordered the salad with chicken. When I asked if I could eat there, she told me they close in 20 min. This is weird since usually customers are allowed to stay a bit over even if the place closes to finish their meal, but nevertheless I chose to order to go. Then, after paying, I noticed on the receipt that she charged for the bag. Back when I came for the first time in February, they always ask if customers need a bag and if they do, they specify that they charge for it. Unless one asks they used to not provide a bag. This is what I assumed they still do and hence I did not ask for a bag. Now they, or at least she, systematically provide one without telling the customer and charge for it. So I asked her a refund for the bag. This is when she reacted in a way that prompted me to write this review. She answered, in her usual unfriendly and smug tone: " You should have told me but it's ok". Then she gave me the change back and I asked her if I can get the refund through the debit card I used to pay instead. To which she stated: "It is hard to do and I do not know how to do it.", while giving me a blank stare. I then asked her to put the salad in my bag, she seemed really peeved when packing, and when asking for ustensiles I had to specifically ask for a knife as she only provided the fork. Last, as I unpacked after leaving I noticed some of the dressing spilled over. Her attitude and tone during this interaction were utterly unacceptable. read more

This hole in the wall is a must go and my only complaint is that I wish I lived closer so I could go more regularly. My first impression of the shop was interesting choice of seating. Personally, I liked the unique choice of wooden picnic benches. With how much space the shop has to work with, I think the benches are a good choice. The menu was very clean and simple. This is typically a good sign, as its indicative that the menu items are done well and they don't need large menus to attract people. My friend and I split the Kraken and Bulgorrito and this is about as good as it gets! A common complaint about a burrito is that there usually is more tortilla and rice than there is meat. This was absolutely not the case at all for these burritos. The meat was well cooked and seasoned, there was just the right amount of rice, the veggies in the burrito complimented the tender meat with a light crunch, and the super tasty sauce tied everything together. Also, I am a sucker for carbs so wrapping all of this with a tortilla only enhanced my experience. This is the fusion restaurant experience I was looking for that was not fulfilled in another review of mine. The Kraken was more western foods but just as delicious. The burritos were huge and very easy to eat (doesn't fall apart and isn't overly saucy which makes things messy)! Next time I come here, I will have to try the pho but it is going to be really hard for me to not order any of the burritos because they were just that good! read more
