Omg the food here is SO GOOD! I was first intrigued by the Bulgorrito and when I finally decided to try one, I was blown away by the flavor! First off, this is like a 2 pound burrito full of meat, rice and other goodies. At $9 a burrito, this is an insane amount of food for the price and most people won't be able to finish the whole thing. I can barely finish half but it makes for great leftovers later! The Bulgorrito is the sweeter, less spicy of their fusion burritos. If you're looking for something a little spicier, try the Flaming Boar! It's filled with spicy pork and pickled daikon. I've read some reviews saying you can request beef instead of pork which would also be amazing! One of their new burritos is the Huli Chicken and Dumpling Burrito and it is bombbb! So I have been here four times now and I feel it's time for a review. This place opens up at 10am and the phone orders and people waiting to come in begins. Let me start with what to pass on and so far that's the crispy chicken. Next everything else I've tried is five star but I haven't had the full menu. Number one favorite is the kraken which is white fish with steamed rice Asian sauce and slaw with French fries and it works all in a burrito. Next is the bulgogi filled burritos with steamed rice Asian sauce and slaw. You can order the beef or the spicy pork both delicious. The fusion is strong with this one. Five stars for a reliable, interesting place offering good prices on food that not everyone else (e.g., almost no one else) offers. It's not fancy but it's very good. The strip mall here is packed with a variety of decent lunch options for the huge number of people working nearby. It can for sure get hectic in this parking lot. ChopX has a nice corner spot, big windows with plenty of light. Inside they have a bunch of picnic tables (odd choice, but okay) and a couple stools. There's a cash register hidden behind the pop coolers. They offer bulgogi, bibimbap, and some other korean options served as sandwiches and wraps. You want a bulgogi burrito? Here you go. Nobody else has this. It's delicious. Ya gotta try it at least once. There's also pho, and a few other things. We checked out the flaming boar sandwich as well--also very good. Both come with lots of fresh sliced jalapenos for you to use as garnish as you eat; there's Sriracha and sambal on the table as well. They bring out the sandwiches in plastic rowboats, and the burritos on long narrow plastic trays. The meat is tender and fresh, full of flavor. Lots of marinade on it; both the bulgogi and flaming boar were sugary sweet. There's tons of fresh veg, white rice, and flavorful sauce around everything (both dishes). The gyoza served with the sandwich were fine but unremarkable. The egg rolls were tasty but oily and bready; I'd skip them next time. All this, with a couple pops, was about $30 plus tip. So, earlier this year my Wife goes to Seattle to help with the new grand baby. While she is there, my daughter and her husband get her one of these amazing bulgogi burritos. My ears have perked up when i hear mention of two of the basic food groups in Happyville's food pyramid. She loves it enough to get another before she leaves town. fast forward to the summer, when my other daughter goes to visit her sister and I get yet another picture and yet another rave review from foodie daughter. By now i'm going crazy. So the wife and I go to visit in September, and guess what's on the itinerary day one? you guessed it! So we load and and drive to what looks like a typical lunch spot in an industrial park. the kind of place that might serve decent food for lunch prices. The perfect camouflage! I want the bulgogi but fell prey to the fiery boar, which is a spicy meat version of the aforementioned burrito. I find out you can substitute kimchi for the daikon/carrot pickle you find on a banh mi. I struggle for a minute trying to decide which of the tastiest things to put on lunch to get, and ask for some of both in the interest of preventing a vietnamese/korean international incident. Win for me and win for peace! The dang thing is 3 inches across and STUFFED with meat sushi rice and the aforementioned version of world piece along with some spicy mayo sauce. The dang thing is SO GOOD i have to shout. Its a messy shroud of tortilla shreds when i am done with sauce and meat juice everywhere, but i am so full and so content. But not content enough not to taunt everyone back in Arizona with photos just like i was all year. What is this sorcery? (quote from my brother when i showed him the picture). It's not sorcery John, but the product of what happens when we all get along (world peace), and sit and grub up. Of course, three days later, an hour before we have to get going to the airport, i am on a burrito run......... I called ahead and not 10 minutes after i got off the phone i had the burros and was headed back to the casa. I get the bulgogi this time, and to be honest, its better than the boar, and the kim chee was just right connected with the sweet taste of the bulgogi, and if humanly possible even more full. I bow to the knowledge that i am getting on a plane in a couple of hours, and eat half and leave the other half for my daughter for the next day. She was kind enough to not send a photo of her eating it the next day when i got back to the AZ. The counter staff were so friendly and kind and prompt with our order, and the place was hopping! Still one of my all time favorite spots to eat. Finding covid friendly take out isn't always easy. Sure you can get just about anything in a to go container but that doesn't mean you can eat it on the go or even in your car, without making a huge mess that is. This is the perfect grab n go lunch or dinner. I mean how can you beat top quality Korean food in a burrito?! Answer: you can't! I LOVE spicy food (I usually go for the flaming boar). Unfortunately, my husband can't handle the heat! Luckily, they have other options that are packed full of flavor but not spice! I just brought home the Huli Huli chicken and it's now my husband's new favorite. I still prefer the flaming boar but this is a close second for me. Hubby and I stopped at Chops after a hike. We were hungry, but these burritos were so massive one would have been more than enough for both of us! With that said, we were excited to try two different flavors: the Beef Bulgogi and the Flaming Boar. These dishes are very fusion-y so that first bite is unfamiliar and strange, and then your brain will register that it's delicious. The Flaming Boar worked better as a burrito in my opinion and was the standout. The sauce and fresh Thai basil made it particularly great. The amount of food you get for the price is a steal - even with the current $1/burrito meat surcharge due to high pandemic meat prices. The only downside is I think it's hard to save any leftovers for the next day as they'd get soggy - plan accordingly. read more

This place is great! After my first experience here, I knew I needed to come back with my bf. Even though he's not a huge burrito fan, I just had a feeling he'd enjoy this. We came in on a Friday at 7pm and I was a little concerned to see roughly 5 of the 7 tables that were occupied did not have food. Once we gave our order it took roughly 15-20 min to get our food. It seems as though many that were waiting had to-go orders. I got the bolgoritto and my bf ordered the Hercules Grilled Trio (basically chicken and beef teriyaki + tempura shrimp) with intentions of splitting the meals. The Hercules was pretty good - I preferred the beef teriyaki over the chicken though. The real star, however, was the bolgoritto and it was GREAT. It even won over the not-a-burrito-fan bf. It was a huge serving stuffed with meat, you could taste the veggies and got a nice crunch from them, and the rice soaked up all the juices/sauces nicely. It doesn't fall apart at all, down to the last bite. 10/10 props for the skillful wraps! ​​ ​​Straightforward menu offerings of Asian-Mex fusion burritos, plus some appetizers. Everything here is so affordable, especially given the high quality presentation and flavor. All the burritos are $9.50~11 and they are PACKED full. The menu pictures do not lie. ​​ ​​Quick reviews of items we tried: ​​ ​​Crispy Chicky burrito - Chicken katsu filling and veggies. Sweet and savory from the katsu sauce. Tasted very fresh with the veggies and all (almost healthy, even). The katsu could have been crispier but I liked it overall. ​​ ​​Loco Soba burrito - Yakisoba noodles with marinated Korean bbq, 4 cheeses, and other goodies. This one is on the heavier side with the noodles and cheese! Delicious, and the cashier recommended this one.
