Chop'd is the healthy eatery that La Mirada needed. I've been coming here for a year now and their smoothies, bowls, and wraps are delicious. I also like that they have a stamp card for blended items. My only complaint is that the bowls and wraps are priced by weight, even if you just get the standard items on the menu. That means the price can vary depending on who's making your food. Seems like weight should be for " make your own creation" items only. read more

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened. It's closed on Sunday's and that seemed like always the day I wanted to go. Anyway tried it today and it was good. I got the strawberry fields salad. It was very fresh. You can customize it to your liking. My only complaint was the containers the salad toppings are in are in a not see thru container. So it made it hard to know what they offered. In their defense I didn't ask what was in each container. I will go back to try a wrap and an acai bowl. read more

Food is great, ingredients are fresh and crispy. Great variety of veggies and dressings. I've had the South of the border salad twice now and the green juice. The huge issue is the noise. Because of the juice making, the customers and the open space the place is crazy loud. read more

When someone gives me the option to customize my salad, I die a little on the inside. I'm going to list the contents of my salad (mostly for my own reference because DAMN, but feel free to try). The ingredients taste fresh and the chicken is delicious, what more could a girl ask for: spinach, cucumber, tomato, shredded carrots, pesto hummus, sun dried tomato, croutons, seasoned chicken and Greek feta dressing. bless. I gave this place another try since I really do like the healthy options. Again I was severely disappointed with the service. I ordered three sandwiches and two were made in about 10 minutes, but waited another 12 minutes for the pesto panini sandwich. This place would do so much better if they hired a manager that could stay at the register and ring out the patrons and have other staff complete an order in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunate not very friendly staff. They should work on greeting the customers and put a smile on. The food at best is okay but nothing great. We got there at 2.40pm. They close at 3 pm. They came a few minutes ago at 250pm and told us they close at 3 pm and we need to leave soon. That is terrible. Those that they let order should be allowed to finish their food without being rushed. I love this place!! I work in same shopping center and been wanting a healthy place to eat here for a long time so when i saw that they were opening a new place i got excited. I came the first week they opened and have came a few times already. I order the tuna wrap and customize it they charge by oz. So u can add whatever you want. I also get their soup of the day. So far ive had the potato soup which takes sooo good like a clam chowder taste almost and ive had the chicken noodle as well. I was so excited to try this place out, a healthy alternative just down the street from us. Think again, everything in their containers looked at least 3/4 days, they had raspberries that looked gray. Created my own wrap and it was delicious! The only factor that was an inconvenience was that there were no labels on any of the vegetable/meat/toppings while they were all covered-- which made it difficult to see what was available to create my own item. I had to grab a menu to refer to the ingredients listed on their set items. There were so many options which was awesome, but it would help if the lids were clear or if there were labels provided for each ingredient. The passion berry smoothie was so so good as well! Got a custom wrap and Pelegrín I for just under ten bucks. My wrap was huge, I stuffed that sucker right up to a little over 14 ounces. It was good but I feel like I could've just done it at home, you know, for free. Glad I tried this place out though.
