What a great concept for a healthy meal choice. The lettuces were chopped perfectly for bite size pieces as were all the other ingredients. We ordered the Cobb and a make your own salad. For the Cobb, all the flavors were great but we could barely taste actual chicken...might have been chopped too small and gotten lost within all the other ingredients. Salads here are amazing. So far the bbq chicken is my go to but I have yet to try out the full menu. The people who work here are always friendly and the portions/prices are great too. Usually healthy food is not that great in the taste department, but this place knows how to make delicious salads. So glad I found this spot :) read more

I built my own salad today and surprisingly it was really tasty. I decided to give this place a try after multiple fails in the past. My ingredients included were Romaine lettuce and spinach as my greens, tomatoes cucumbers red onions feta cheese seasoned croutons crispy onion. I really enjoyed the ease of ordering online and picking up. It was quick & easy. I placed an order for the Sant Fe chicken chop salad, the Asian chop salad, and the BBQ chop salad. Tje first 2 were for friends. They loved it. I didn't really like my bbq salad. It didn't taste bbq. The salad was ok but I wouldn't try that one again. Maybe I got the wrong sauce or something. You did get a lot of salad. It's enough to feed 2 people if eating only salad or 3-4 people if your having it as a side. It was suggested by someone to try this place. This place met all my expectations. Portion size was great! Customer service was impeccable. With a menu that has many salad or wrap options, it was difficult to choose one when all the menu items sounded delicious. Definitely a spot if you're craving a salad like I was. Ingredients are fresh as they come. Store was clean. Ample parking. Not eating there? Just up the street is a nice shaded park with benches and tables. You are always kind when I walk up to you and you greet me in a dignified way. Not only are you considerate but you are unselfish in your offerings, letting me pile up extras like a greedy salad gluttonist. And somehow you manage to do all this without making me feel hinged. This might have been the best Chop Shop experience I've ever had. I frequent different Chop Shop location often, but my BBQ Chicken salad this past visit was phenomenal. There was a bit of a wait for my salads but another employee was on a break so I didn't mind waiting at all, especially after trying the salad. For the most part, the restaurant was clean and organized, the bathroom was slightly dirty but the employees were in a rush so it's completely understandable. I first originally saw this place because of the gym but did not think much of it. When I walked in I was immediately greated by a young girl who was working the night crew I told her It was my first time in this establishment so to be patient with me, She told me to take my time and she can explain the menu to me to make ordering be less intimidating I declined and decided to do a Build your own. Once I finished my order she read it backed to me to make sure it was correct which it was. I saw her wash,dry her hands and put gloves on and as she walked to make my salad. My salad came out exceeding my expectations. This has been the best customer service I have ever experienced since moving to Rancho. I will definitely be back to this chop stop location. read more

I came to this chop stop after the la verne closed and by far the worse experience i have ever had i came around 11:00 am -11:30 am on sunday morning and the first thing i see if the cashier standing there on her phone talking looking at the menu than after a few seconds she tells me "hi what can i get you" and so than i responded that it's my first time ever trying chop stop to see what she would say and than she proceeded to go on her phone right in front of me to text so unprofessional!!!! Lost me as a customer so better or train your employees to have customer service. read more

The salads are great. Fresh, HUGE, and well made. However if you order online for pickup, you MUST check your order before leaving. I'm not exaggerating when I say that half the time the dressing is missing. Tonight they missed the dressing completely on one of the two salads we ordered, and forgot the extra dressing I paid for on the other. Def a bummer but at least when it's good, it's really good. read more

So my husband and I just came from this location, I built my own salad that included cheddar cheese. I get home to enjoy my salad and there is MOLD in my cheese, huge chunks of it! I called the location and they put me on the comp list for a free salad next time. Not as fresh as I expected it to be, being a salad only shop. I've been meaning to try this place out for awhile now, but I was disapointed. I got the Santa Fe salad with no chicken (sub quinoa). The cilantro lime dressing tastes like Italian dressing, but worse. I would ask for it on the side or not at all. There's a bunch of iceberg lettuce (which has too much water in it still - probably from frozen?) and only a small spoon full of all of the other ingredients. Didn't taste fresh as I expected it to be. Overall it's a healthier option but not for the price. And it's not something I would look forward to eating regarding their quality of ingredients. read more

Received a flyer at my shop and decided to take a lunch so I came to chop stop. I ordered a BBQ bowl and waited to only be told they ran out of rice so I exchanged for a Ceasar chop. The young team members seemed overwhelmed as the rush was probably unexpected. Four customers were waiting, one order was made incorrectly and one customer was also told they didn't have the dish they ordered. I wanted to try this place and now got it outta my system. One of my favorite things to eat are salads; especially on a hot day. I was in the Rancho Cucamonga area and decided to try out Chop Stop. They are located on Foothill at a shopping center. In my opinion, they have plenty of parking. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Erika and asked if I been to Chop Stop before. I said No I have not and she explained how they work. I decided on getting the Asian Chop Chicken Salad and waited for a few mins for the order to be completed. The Asian Chop Salad comes with: Double Roasted Chicken, Carrots, Cucumbers, Crispy Wontons, Edamame. The size of the salad in my opinion is very generous. My order was ready and I was ready to have the Asian Chop Chicken Salad. The salad was prepared fresh and I especially loved the salad dressing for the Asian Chop. I could taste ingredients in my salad and enjoyed it. My overall experience was great and the customer service was good. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Chop Stop, if you are in the mood for a salad. I will definitely return and would like to try their other salads in their menu. read more

My husband ordered the Cadillac Margarita and said it was delicious, and I had the Tommy Margarita, which I absolutely loved as well. Even though we didn't order food this time, everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing and smelled so good. The restaurant itself is super cute with a great atmosphere. We're already looking forward to coming back to try the food. So far, definitely a 5-star experience great drinks, great vibe, and friendly service. We'll definitely be returning!

My favorite people to see when I go and they always take care of us. Steve the owner is a good dude who shows he really cares about this place and wants you to enjoy your food and time there. I ordered the Bistro Filet Steak Kabob Plate and added a Chicken Kabob. Immediately I noticed the care put into the presentation of my food and appreciated the side separations in the container. Unfortunately the steak kabob was tough and not very flavorful. The chicken kabob was seasoned great and cooked well. The veggies that came with the steak kabob had a nice little char on them, and was definitely the star of the show. The spicy hummus and garlic feta was a nice compliment to the platter and their flavor helped balance out the lack of flavor on the steak, and the white rice (which I expected to come plain) Lastly, the pita bread was soft and delicious. Overall I did enjoy my meal, but for the price point, I wouldn't order this particular dish again. I'll definitely stick to just the chicken kabob plate for next time.

4/18/26 - Went here with some friends for a late-ish dinner on a Saturday night. Parking situation may differ if you go in the middle of the day as it is in a plaza with a grocery store and other shops/restaurants. The restaurant is also on the smaller side in terms of seating so keep that in mind too if you go at a busier day/time. I ordered the beef noodle soup non-spicy. It's a very filling meal with good chunks of beef and a lot of noodles. I have a low spice tolerance, hence why I had to order it non-spicy, but I'm sure the spicy version is even better. Although the name of the shop is Cup Noodles, the noodles they use are definitely not as they are of better quality than you would get in an instant noodle cup. What stood out to me the most was how the egg in the noodle soup was cooked! It was fried and most of the yolk was cooked through expect for the very center which had a little pocket in the yolks that was a tiny bit runny. My friend also ordered a pepper fungus (woodear mushroom) for the table which was yummy and a good palette cleanser/flavor break while eating the noodles.
