Food is consistently excellent, we love their lunch special that gives you a dish and rice(white, brown, or pork fried rice) and your choice of a drink or wonton soup. We spent about $21 for two people. Owner is super nice and greets us whenever we arrive, they also bring everything to the tables for you. Unfortunately, it's on a trajectory straight down. Was never blown away by the food to begin with but it's dropped down even further. I go there once a month with a friend for lunch. Close to where I work. We were there just on Wednesday (2/4). No heat in the restaurant. The kid comes over with a single menu. Now they use plastic utensils. Tru to eat wonton soup with that spoon. And the waitress brought over a can of soda and had to be asked for a straw. Also had to tell her that it would be great if we had napkins. I see a strong lack of focus. Im not sure what's up with all of you but the food was BOMBB! I ordered California rolls, shrimp tempura rolls and gyoza, for the portions the prices were PHENOMENAL. 10/10 , I love this restaurant . Recently visited and my best friend and I dined in. The staff is so friendly. We ordered quite a few dishes ; scallion pancakes , cheese wonton , shrimp toast , chicken wings , shrimp pad tai and chicken lo mein. Initially I asked for shrimp lo mein but they gave me chicken. I didn't make a fuss though. Everything was so flavorful & of course piping hot . I will definitely be returning. Consistently good Chinese-again. Hubby and I had luncheon plates with pork fried rice which was loaded with ingredients and really tasty, pork foo young, good, as usual ( heck, everybody has an off day), and the orange beef which is tender and crisp, and not syrupy sweet. Yuck. I ordered a lo mein combo plate. The lo mein was bland and tasted reheated. The fried rice was definitely old & reheated. I asked for a well done egg roll. He picked up a fry basket with 4 of them and wrapped one for my order. Soggy and gross. Not planning to go back anytime soon. read more

I usually don't review restaurants at all. However, their Chinese food was so exceptionally bad that I felt like I had to make a public service announcement. Please do not come to this restaurant, and if you do, avoid all the tofu dishes; I had the worst tofu that I'd eaten in my life (and by a large margin) here. On top of all that, the restaurant was empty, the service was cold, and there was a difficulty in communicating with the staff. Not a fun experience. read more

Customer service: rude & impolite Food: ok. Ambiance: boring. The lady at the front is very rude. She has no manners at all. I ordered a simple meal and had to wait 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Tonight, I ordered two eggrolls. I felt very sick after eating them. They tasted OK, but I noticed that they don't remove the poop from the shrimp - which is extremely disgusting. Have been to Chop Stix several times, their food seems to be always good. So far the best dish my wife and I had is the orange Chicken Combination with Pork Fried Rice and Eggroll. The Chicken has a tint of orange and is crunchy which I like. The rice seems to have somewhat of a barbecue taste like it saluted on the grill, very tasty and pleasing. Since it's not close to where we live we dine in, there are a few tables with waiter service. Their tea is good and they have great big fat noodles to dip in duck sauce. They have a Sushi bar which I heard was great, hopefully I will try that next. read more

So no and never again !! My food was dry and old tasting (orange chicken. My hubby ordered the chicken and broccoli and he said it was ok. The wings are just a complete and utter no. Tale of the ol' tape: General Tso's Chicken Small chunks of chicken, not drowning in sauce. Fried Rice A lot of roast pork chunks throughout. Egg Roll Good amount of roast pork, though the cabbage was a little soggy. Would definitely benefit from a slow reheating in a toaster oven. Fried Wontons Superb perfection! Conclusion Though I ordered this awhile ago, my notes say that I would patronize Chop Stick again. Hmm. Ordered delivery with a coworker today (Friday). Food took over an hour for delivery. I called twice and both times was told "it will be there in a few minutes." We'll, a few minutes turned into 20 minutes. Overall, the food was tasty. I do not recommend ordering delivery, especially if you want it by your lunch break at work. Also, when I went to tip the driver, I only had a 10 dollar bill. He looked at me with disgust when I asked for change. He should have been happy he was a getting a tip to begin with. read more

This is my spot every Friday. I call in my order and get there in 20 minutes to pick up. The beef fried rice is the best on the Island. The food is always ready when i get there. They even give me free wonton soup with my order. The take out is assume. Dining inside is great as well. They dont have that many tables so i try to get there by 5pm. Not entirely sure what everyone's deal is..but I had a fantastic first experience last night. Called up to order takeout, and the woman was very nice on the phone. Went to go pick it up, and the woman behind the counter was also extremely nice. She even greeted me with smile! WHO KNEW?! Food tasted awesome. Definitely some of the best general tso I've ever eaten, and the sushi was just as good! This will be my go to place from now on. After reading the reviews before ordering, I was ready to go in there with my game face on, just in case anyone gave me an attitude. But, nothing bad happened at all. Everyone was really cool! Let's me just preface this by saying Chopstick makes excellent Chines food. The three stars are due to the fact that its mostly a carryout place, and their system to handle this is so convuluted. Let's say you call around 5:30 to place your order. They ask for your phone number instead of name which I think is ridiculous. No time is given or price just thank you and a hang up. When you get there, there is about 10-29 other lost souls staring at the counter person as they take phone order after phone order. They never acknowledge the people at the counter. When they are finally done, they shout out the phone numbers instead of oh let's say, Tom or Mary or Rico. I have seen numerous time where people just walk out in utter disbelief. That being said I do keep ordering there because I\ am some sort of a masochist but also because the food is pretty damn good as compared to what's around.
