I'm devastated to write this review because Jade Garden have been my #1 authentic Chinese since 2018. Usually they're fast, they always remember my order when I call, and the main woman working is extremely friendly. Prices rising but that's ok the food makes up for it. But a couple months ago I got the worst experience of my life that'll make you change the way you order here or might deter you to somewhere else. I ordered my usual to-go, Sesame chicken pork fried rice combo with a homemade sweet ice tea. Homemade sweet ice tea. Homemade. Yeah. I took college biochemistry and it doesn't take a chemist to know that there's literally organisms growing in the tea. Why is there fungus floating in my drink bro. I take a sip the consistency is so thick I'm like wtf I pop open the lid and there's some huge fungus or bacterial colony floating. How is that even possible? Either the tea they're storing is weeks or months old and selling to customers which is gross or their refrigerator is broken which is highly dangerous. I trusted them with my order so much I did not even get a receipt, plus I was in a hurry I'm a nurse on lunch break had to get back to the facility. So when she was like "Receipt?" I said "Nah, Thanks Have A Good Day" and rushed out. Damn I was so disappointed that day I was hungryy. Im so lucky I did not get sick. I came in 1:45pm-2:00pm on January 13th, 2024 and picked up that order because I was at lunch break at my job, so if theres some sort of investigation in the future that's when I purchased the food and drink so they can't deny. So mad I recommended all my friends to go here over the years just for them to sell me that poisonous homemade tea. Literally they were 5 stars up until that moment. Food is good but who knows how it's prepared if this is what the drinks they are serving the customers. Strictly canned soft drinks or water from now on! In class reviewing for the final reviewing about microorganisms and that reminded me of this and prompted me to write this review to warn you. They're still nice people they just can't be giving people fungal tea that's crazy. read more

As far as the food it was awesome. Had the chicken wings which was very well seasoned. The lo-mein was great. House fried rice was tasty. The only down fall was the rib-tips was kind of hard to chew. Normally I order from another take out place but was looking to switch things up. We had received Jade's menu in the mail not too long ago and decided to give it a shot! Happy to report that all my food was delivered fresh and was absolutely delicious. Every dish held its own in terms of flavor but one stood out for me, their scallion pancakes.... They are light/ airy and surprisingly crispy even after being delivered a few minutes away with other hot food. I was so happy with my first order I ended up ordering again from them the next day. Okay, so, I gave this place a 5 star rating for a few reasons. First, customer service here is impeccable. The woman that usually works the counter is so sweet and always accommodating. Sometimes I find myself being "that person" who doesn't order directly off the menu but comes up with a crazy concoction and instead of being met with an eye roll or worse they are always more than willing to satisfy my out of the box order and even with a smile. Now for food. Always top notch and great portions. The fried scallops and pork dumplings are a personal favorite but I also like to get a little crazy and turn the seafood delight into a lomein type dish and it's great. Also, I love their fried rice which sounds simple enough but if you like chinese you know that some places just don't hit the mark with that. Finally, they're pretty speedy and the prices are fair so if you're looking to find your go-to chinese food place I highly suggest giving them a try! read more

Wow, we decided to try someplace new and took a chance on this restaurant and we were rewarded with gold. The pork fried rice has a great flavor without being loaded down and greasy. I ordered the General Tao's chicken, and the chicken pieces were large, and perfectly cooked and the sauce was just spicy enough.to let you know it was a spicy dish. The wife got chicken chow mein, and said the chicken is perfect and the vegetables are so fresh that you can still feel the snap and taste each individual item. We will absolutely be going back here again. The nice young lady at the counter was super nice and super friendly as well. Could not be happier. read more

Very good food. Have ordered from here multiple times and have gotten a variety of things. I love the sesame chicken which has been consistent and delicious every time. Came here because it's close and I was craving Chinese food. Greeted by very nice worker. She was patient with me as I perused the menu. Despite the last review, I ordered Boneless spare ribs. Figured it would be ok, since reviewer spelled broccoli brokly lol, so not sure of their credibility. The egg roll was very good, the shell not mushy but crispy and the insides nice and tasty. Fried rice was also good, very typical of a Chinese fried rice. The boneless ribs were excellent - not fatty, but instead quite juicy. Not great/not horrible. We got chicken and brokley combo with fried rice and egg roll, sesame chicken combo with pork fried rice and egg roll and boneless spare ribs. Ribs seemed very fatty and all the food just seemed very bland like there was no taste to it. Skimped out on the chicken and brokley and sesame chicken. The staff was nice. The store seemed clean. I think it depends on the day you order and which cooks are working...ordered general tso's chicken combo and a chicken and broccoli combo with fried dumplings a couple weeks ago and it was awesome! Asked for extra crispy extra spicy on general tso's and they did not disappoint! Fried rice was tasty with lots of flavor and chunks of roast pork, both chicken dishes were very tasty and dumplings were very good too. Ordered the same order today minus the dumplings and asked for an order of fantail shrimp instead. The general tso's was crispy enough but literally a very bland sauce...no spice, no nothing...brown sauce on chicken and broccoli was very bland as well. Fried rice was still good, but the fantail shrimp was super oily, and had so much breading around the actual shrimp it was really too much. 4 stars for our first order but 2 stars (if that) on our second so as of now they're ranking a 3 in my book. Need to have consistency between all cooks preparing the food they serve!!! I'm sure we'll give it one more try eventually and that will determine if I order from here again or not. read more

You lost a customer tonight. I placed my order at 5:45 pm and was told an hour for delivery. At the hour and 15 minute mark I called asking where the food was and told a few minutes. At the hour and a half mark I called again and was told 1 minute. At the hour and 45 minute mark I called and asked again and was told it was coming. After two hours and ten minutes my husband called and they said they were sorry and a few minutes. This is HORRIBLE business. We will never order here again. read more
