A great find! All of the dishes and appetizers arrived to my door hot and fresh. Each dish was made perfectly and were so flavorful. The lo mein had a good amount of vegetables and was perfectly seasoned with a great taste. The spring roll especially surprised me- it was crunchy, fresh and flavorful, with a delicious filling that I have not had in other spring rolls. We recently moved to the area and I think this is going to be our staple Chinese spot now! Super affordable and very user-friendly website. I definitely much prefer buying directly from them than using DoorDash or Uber eats. Delivery time was slightly off but that may be because they were busy. Ordered take out from here using their online website. It was super easy to order and so many options. We went to pick it up and the food was still extremely hot by the time we got home. I wanted to try a new Chinese place so I went on yelp and noticed this place was the #1 rated in the area. I gave it a try and it's what we've been looking for. It's the best Chinese we have had in the area by far. Boneless spare ribs tasted grilled (not deep fried) and were flavorful and tender. jumbo fried shrimp were delicious and curry chicken was light not greasy. Happy I found them and will be where we order moving forward. read more

I live in Babylon village and this is our go-to Chinese take out place. Every time we try something new off the menu we enjoy it. Our favorite dishes are the mu shu pork, orange chicken, lo mein, and chicken with garlic sauce. Their soups are good as well. A lot of the time Chinese places will add too much corn starch to a dish and make the sauces too thick. They don't do that here. You can order right from their website and avoid grub hub or Uber eats up-charges too. UPDATE: During the coronavirus lockdown I was very pleased to see how seriously this restaurant is taking precautions. All of the employees, including the chefs in the back, have masks on and the place is absolutely spotless. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Everything they make is delicious, it's clean, affordable, and the staff is very friendly. read more

My family has been ordering takeout from Best Kitchen for about 20 years. The food is delicious, great quality, giant portions, and the perfect price point. I do notice that items are often forgotten in our takeout order (probably because the workers are super busy in the restaurant) so be sure to double check your order before leaving the restaurant. Most recently they forgot our 4 egg rolls. We went back to the restaurant to inform them of the mishap, and the apologized profusely and gave us our egg rolls and an extra one! Great food and fast delivery. First time I ordered from them last night and the food was hot and delicious. My order was as exactly as ordered. My favorite was the General Tso's chicken. I ordered a dinner combination and love that you can choose the rice option other than the usual. Chicken was moist and spicy and perfectly crispy on the outside. I was in the mood to get Chinese food and saw this place so i stopped inside to see how it would be ,I see the workers outside smoking and then going inside to serve food. I'm looking at the menu with the cashier that don't speak English and I see the cook coughing over the food he is preparing and not wearing gloves I walked right out and not only was he coughing over the food he was preparing he was stirring chicken with his bare hands and not wearing any gloves , how has the health Dept not shut this place down. I walked out when I saw all this. Never will I ever go here and I would also like to let everyone else know not to go here. Rude owners and not sanitary at all. Worst place ever read more

I have to do a competitive gaming stream in a shop in this shopping center every week so occasionally I'd go next door and get some Chinese food. I was always puzzled why others in the shop got chinese from far away when there is some in this shopping center. It did not taste bad, and the girl in there was pleasant. She even brought the food over for you. Food wasn't that bad too. The real reason nobody goes there is that the guy that works when the counter girl doesn't is weird as hell. I cannot really explain in words how awkward it is to buy something there. I think he may have a problem. First time I ever walked in there "How old are you?" What? Why ask me that?! I found out he asked another guy that in the store that too. Next time I go there it is like 9pm and I put in my order and say I am right next door, I will be right back. Guy is like "Oh you pay now, we close at 10." Ok, no problem, I am not going to stiff them so I pay. Then he proceeds to tell me 10 times that they are closing at 10, and I better come back in a really odd way. I continuously reassure him that I am not going to abandon my food I paid for! I just don't feel like sitting there for 10 mins with this guy. The final thing that made this enter the one star never return zone was: I went in there as normal and the guy is like "we are eating, come back in 5 minutes, we are eating come back in 5 minutes." So I am like OK, and came back in 10. He is like we are eating we are eating in his weird manner. So I am like that is it and walked out he is like hey come back. Never again. read more

I come here for Lunch 2-3 times a week & the food is always consistent & tastes amazing. The Garlic Sauce is my favorite & I am so addicted to it now that when ever I eat at another Chinese place it does not compare. When I walk in they know my exact order so it makes it easy. Worst food I've ever had, new family that owns it and it's not even worth wasting your money

I eat here whenever I am in West Islip. Their food is fresh and always cooked right and doesn't take like some frozen Chun King dinner. Often I get steamed chicken at places and that can be real gummy if the place doesn't use good chicken. They do here and it tastes like its all breast meat. I strongly recommend this place.
