I can already see it becoming my go-to, though I might go bigger next time, depending on my appetite. We used to go to Hibachi Express in Alpharetta when we were younger and in the area, but now that we are in Cumming this is the closest option for hibachi takeout and I find that it's truly the best all around!

The Bounty of the Seas had scallops, shrimp, and fish; it was very bland and not prepared in hibachi-fashion, which was misleading. It was actually steamed in a bag on the grill. I would never order this menu item again. I would stick to hibachi entrees and combos listed on the menu, instead of new featured entrees. The chili shrimp roll never disappoints! I attempted to contact corporate to give feedback on the Bounty of the Seas, no answer. I recommend you do NOT order it!

The portion size is clearly smaller, and it wasn't as flavorful as the steak. Something I do appreciate about the lunch entrees is that it comes with vegetable fried rice. One small gripe is that Benihana is quite pricey. I think the lunch prices are okay, but I've seen the dinner prices and it's steep. AYCE level prices, but for an entree. Ultimately, the high price point, the fairly slow service, and the disappointing shrimp is what brings my experience down a few stars.
