My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. To add more to my previous review, they always have parking free in front and behind the shop…read morethat's great. large parking lot free, no public restroom which is a big downside considering if you have tons of laundry to do. their dryer machines coin portion is often clogged and requires you to bang on it or ask the attendant for assistant. I do wish attendants were faster at emptying out their drop off service loads off the machines as I am often waiting for them to empty out their machines. And the attendants occupy anywhere from 20-60% of the machines sometimes. If not 70% of the larger machines. It seems the attendants are more focus on folding the drop off service clothes so they tend to leave the machines just sitting with clothes inside while DIY customers are waiting for the machines to get emptied out by them
