This casino opened up last month I believe and I wanted to stay here, but they were not comping rooms at that time. The area itself is really nice with all of the forest. However, this area does get very congested as there are only one lane per each direction. So getting there can be a pain. The good news is that all of their three Choctaw casinos are within a 30 mile radius of each other, Isabel, Broken Bow and Choctaw Landing. The casino is located near the hotel. For some reason, I went into the wrong entrance and I ended up near the convivence store and the gas station. They do not have any slot machines inside the store. This place is definitely good for the tourists. I finally found the entrance and this is near the hotel. There is only one entrance to go in. The outside is very beautiful and when they finally offer comped rooms, definitely would not mind staying here for a night or 2 since my wife does like the outdoors and maybe on the weekday so we can stay at the suite. I came here for the gaming experience. The inside is very nice and the layout is not cramped at all and all of the machines are spaced out. I am sure in the future they will put in more machines as I heard they only have 600 slot machines inside. They have a great selection of games from high limit even though they have no sign of a high limit area. Unfortunately, I did not have much luck here as I lost money here very quickly $2000.00 in one hour. Very brutal session here, but I will not judge the casino just based on just one bad experience as I did poorly at their other properties before. I did like their selection of games, however my luck was not there that day.

Stopped by on way home from dinner just to see what it was like. Nice, clean, smoke free. But as others (who lost MUCH more than I!) have noted here, they don't even seem to want to tempt you with even a small win. The machines have no problem quickly eating up all your money with giving ZERO in return. Made it very easy to walk right back out the door without even buying a beer at the bar!

Reserved two cabanas the night before. Was told the pool was under maintenance when we got there at 11am. Would've been nice to be told before we drove all the way to the resort. Front desk told us it would only be about an hour and half wait so we decided to go ahead and wait. Well it's almost been 4 hours and we keep getting told to wait just a little longer. The cabanas have tv and AC but the tv has no sound while the AC does produce cold air but from the bottom it spits out the hot air so it's not really doing much for us. It's a very pretty place but we're just so disappointed the service is really making us feel like they just don't care about our experience. This was supposed to be a nice last day here in Hotchatown.

Came in to gamble for my first time ever as a 24 year old and had so much fun! I can see where people can get addicted. Me and my spouse limited ourself to spending $100 each and we were there for a few hours just walking around and playing the different games! Plus they had free beverages. We had fun and have been making jokes on coming back just for the vibes. The sky was our view from when the sun was setting. I miss Hochatown Ok!

Entrance, to the right is an outdoor amphitheater with cornhole and a kids playground.

This casino and resort are incredibly clean, smoke-free and beautiful. The restaurant has delicious breakfast lunch and dinner with great staff. We did pretty well gambling, the machines pay well. Last night there was a band at the amphitheater outside, beautiful area to sit get a drink and listen to live music. Definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from Dallas.

This was beautiful inside. Master upstairs with full bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs, full bathroom. Very comfortable beds, nice thick towels Nice kitchen with everything you would need to cook. We ate all meals out but if you had a family it would be good. Decorated cute, good TV's, comfy couch. Large windows on one end, maybe a little cleaning outside needed to raise shade and let light in. Negative was having to drive over a concrete passage at pond, to cabin. Very scary at night , not wide enough! Only 2 cabins were across this so recommend staying at one of the front ones. If you are a city girl, ponds are not something you would want to sit around. Internet not good at cabin so kept us off our phones. A positive thing unless you have addicted kids to their games. We really enjoyed our long weekend and glad we rented the cabin. Lots to do in area, everything close by. Contacted the cabin manager with questions and seemed very nice. Looking forward to another visit.

I decided to rent from Blue Beaver again since they've never let me down. I can't necessarily say that this time. I rented one of the biggest cabins on their website. We went to the beautiful Steinmore. This cabin is very impressive and has plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are decorated nicely, and all the amenities were thought of. My biggest letdown was the beds in the 2 master rooms downstairs. The beds are not of the highest quality and do not have box springs. The beds sit VERY low for the group and make it very difficult to get in and out of. I am 6ft, 230 lbs., and felt like I was sinking into the bed and rolling back toward the headboard. My daughter and her husband slept in the master closet to the kitchen, and they too did not sleep well. The mattresses were not the issue, it was the fact that the mattresses are sitting on planks. Other things that were bothersome are small details and have to do with expectations. * Dusty blinds * Smears on walls * Trashcan was not empty upon arrival * The walls behind the trashcans were dirty * The trash bin drawer was filthy around the lip of the can * Comforters and throw pillows in bedrooms were stained * Only two trash bags were left for a family of 15 for the whole weekend * Christmas plates and décor on the table were dusty- Probably pulled from the storage and set right onto the table * Glasses were greasy and many needed to be rewashed before using These are all small details that will make this cabin more awesome than it was. When you pay almost $3k for a weekend you would expect perfection.

We also discovered a dead roach underneath the router in the bedroom. While the overall comfort level was cozy, we called as soon as we arrived and asked if we could be switched to a different cabin. We were basically told by the owner that we had to get over it and that it was on us and that there were no refunds available. Also, we were explicitly told by them to keep the noise down, but we could hear loud, cackling, and belligerent neighbors all around us the two nights we stayed there. I was willing to let all of this go as we did not stay in the cabin for a majority of the time we were in Broken Bow, but I found out today that there were roaches in our luggage as well as the trunk in my car. I had to get my car BOMBED as well as call an exterminator to come to my apartment. Meanwhile, we paid this company money for them to lie to us as well as send us back with an infestation. Though Broken Bow was a great idea, we will not be returning to Beaver's Bend Lodging ever again as the overall experience was low brow and traumatic.

The hot tub was clean and easy to just turn the jets on when we wanted to use it. The cabin had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. It was not the standard air mattress, this one was very a thick queen size mattress. The bathrooms were huge with dual showerheads in both walk in showers. We enjoyed the corn hole game outside. We saw deer and rabbits from our patio every day. The only downside is that there is some noise from the highway when you are outside, but it didn't bother us. We will definitely return to Journey's End on our next Broken Bow trip.

Beautiful Cabin however horrible customer service from the management team at Hidden Hills…read more I love to visit Broken Bow when a small getaway is needed. We opted to rent 'Lost in the Music' from Hidden Hills. It's an amazingly beautiful 1 bedroom cabin with an upstairs loft nestled deep in the woods. The cabin cost for the weekend was $908.38. Yes, this is costly so surely 1 would expect their experience to perfect with no issues for concerns. *We arrived on Friday and within the 1st hour of settling in we discovered a dirty cookie sheet stored in the cabinet. I immediately placed it in the dishwasher as the smell was bad. I took this as a pure oversight on the cleaning crews part. *After taking a shower I noticed the water was not draining quickly. I looked down and noticed the drain was covered with brown hair. (I'm bald so this wasn't my hair). Also no one else had used the shower so this was not caught by the cleaning crew. Here's where the story gets detailed. Please note the 2 issues I just mentioned were not a big deal but I felt like they should definitely be mentioned. BTW these two incidents were mentioned to the management group via a text message when they occurred but I did not receive any response back. Back in 2014 I rented a cabin from Hidden Hills that was not clean and had many pieces of broken furniture. I shared my experience on several website only to be contacted by Angie-General Manager demanding that I remove my review. I was told they needed to be removed as they were slander. I was advised that if they were not removed she would get their legal team on me. I never removed my post as they were 100% factual and the truth. You'll notice when Hidden Hills receives a negative review it's always Angie replying back threatening legal action. She supposedly banned me at that time and black listed me with other companies. This was not true as I've rented from Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins with never any issues. As you can see in the pictures I've attached she is now threatening me again. At the end of the day I never asked for a refund or any type of credit. I was simply providing Hidden Hills feedback to ensure they knew of the concerns when it came to their cleaning crew. As you can see by the pics I was again threatened by Angie if I shared this experience. Now that I have been banned again from Hidden Hills I wanted to share this experience so you'll see what hateful management they have. Also please note this particular cabin is not safe for small children. All wkend we were in fear that my grandson fit between the wiring on the stairway. This is real concern at the landing on top of the stairwell. If you decide to visit Broken Bow please note there are SOOOOOO many other rental cabin companies that are more deserving of our hard earned money. Please note that I emailed Angie asking her to send me an apology and all would be forgiven. She refused with no response back to my request.
