They walked us through the entire distilling process, took us into the rack house, and then wrapped things up in the tasting room. It was informative without being dry, which isn't always easy to pull off. We sampled around six different products during the tasting, and every one of them was solid. The guide absolutely made the experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely engaging. You could tell he enjoyed what he does, and that goes a long way. I enjoyed it enough that I bought a bottle to bring home, especially since their products aren't sold in Louisiana. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. If you're in Hochatown, this tour is worth your time and money.
