The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the aroma of fresh chocolate and displays of their famous slabs, pralines, and seasonal creations. Everything looks (and tastes) amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering samples and explaining the different flavors, which makes the experience fun and welcoming. CHF9.90 for 100g from the slabs isn't that bad. They are quite the size of your palm and that is quite big enough to enjoy. You can get a smaller size too if you want to try them all. It's a great spot for picking up gifts to bring home, but honestly, you'll probably want to treat yourself too. A sweet highlight of my Zürich trip.

It's small but can comfortably hold a few people. There are plenty of displays to choose from. I wanted to buy some of their famous Luxemburgerli macarons but had a hard time deciding, so I asked the employee for the best sellers. She suggested three, and I went with those. She also mentioned they last 3-4 days and should be refrigerated immediately. It was a little treat for my daughter, and she absolutely loved them. It survived the 12hr flight .
