Chocolate lovers unite. You have arrived at the Mecca of Chocolate. Workshop your dark master the coco bean to your hearts delight. This place rules, Every imaginable confection, but mostly the hero chocolate. Very reasonably priced. Take some home!!

It was hard to choose what to buy in this shop. Everything looked so perfect and delicious! We decided on some mini macarons and chocolate covered macarons. We enjoyed the different flavors. My favorite was passionfruit. I wish I had bought some more things here!

I stopped at this store while we are in Switzerland. Beautifully decorated, delicious pastries lined up all over. Super friendly and helpful service despite the slight language barrier. The macarons are tiny but packed with flavor. The gelatos taste like fresh picked berries and the chocolates are absolutely to die for.

Delish breakfast spot. They have omelets, and eggs Benedict, and avocado toast. Price point was $40 pp with a coffee and a dish so pricy but delish. I had the mushroom omelet with chives and my friend had the avocado toast with beet hummus. Was very yummy. We had a cappuccino and a drinking chocolate and both were well made and each came with a sprungli chocolate. Was very yummy!

Sprungli never disappoints! It was amazing. There is a reason it was a long line for it. I ordered Americano and their dark chocolate cake. They were amazing. Loved the desert, loved the experience, environment and the service.

We visited this restaurant on our first day in Zurich after walking around Bahnhofstrasse. On the first floor is a chocolate shop with a small coffee shop next door. We were seated at the restaurant on the second floor very quickly despite the busy time. We got soup of the day which tasted like tomato and crème. It was nice to enjoy the warm soup on a cold day. We also got a Sprungli Caramelito which was a nice mix of hot chocolate and espresso. They have very large selection of coffee, chocolate drink, teas and wines. It's a busy coffee shop but the service was fast. We got to enjoy the street view and the credit suisse building. Highly recommend this cute restaurant for a quick coffee stop.

Sweet treats, espresso drinks, spritz and light fare, this particular location offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Cute bistro tables with umbrellas line the boulevard, busy service staff seem to operate like a Swiss watch. There are a lot of pastries and ice cream desserts passing through the service counter - all of which look delicious. I ordered a latte macchiato, my companion an iced brew, both came with a dark chocolate square. My strawberry tart was tasty, portions are modest but flavourful. The macrons are tiny, bite size, probably need to order at least 3. Service staff was friendly, offering us an English menu when she realized we didn't speak German. Great spot for a coffee when you out for a day of shopping or sightseeing. We note they are one of the few coffee places open on Sundays.

This is located at the main train station heading back to Zurich airport. Wonderful for those last min treats before a flight. The gentleman provided excellent service, even on the train to catch. Dazzling array of chocolates. Went well with the Wonka movie I watched on the plane.

I came to see if this chocolatier is good and no doubt about it. Love the place and especially the smell of chocolat. Tried out their mini size rose macarons and it's perfect. So I bought 4 of them to share with my family. The service is super great and friendly. Love it here. Definitely recommend this place even if it's a bit pricey.

Always a safe destination - regardless whether for a full brunch with super delicious Birchermuesli and Gipfeli etc in classical ambiance, or a small lunch, or a coffee with a sweet dessert. Service a bit sparse but when around very attentive. Lovely Nidel-Tuertli, but obviously, Spruengli is world-famous for its Luxemburgerli - often copied, never matched.

I ended up getting the hot chocolate without the cream. It was yummy. I also got some chocolates as gifts. I have not tried them but the presentation looks great . If they are as good as the hot chocolate, they will probably be amazing as well.

Sprungli- if you're in Switzerland and don't go here, were you ever really in Switzerland? Lol. In short, Sprungli is worth every pretty penny, whether it's at their cafe or for gifts abroad. I did buy one too many goodies (how can I not) and despite trying several different truffles, cakes, etc, my personal favorite was their hazelnut milk chocolate bark. A lady who worked there (who had the patience of a saint) said it was her favorite and I can see why. I've heard that this is the most popular item at Läderach but despite theirs being really good, Sprungli's was better IMHO. All in all, if you're in Switzerland (or Dubai, I believe that's their only location outside of the country), it would be a darn shame not to go here.

Amazing selection of chocolates, cakes, and other sweet and savory food (they even had salads to go but I don't think anyone was coming here for that). They sell chocolates by weight so you can get one or two pieces of a bunch of types if you're indecisive like me. They package things up really for you to take home as gifts, but they come at a steep markup just as a heads up. The cafe next door has seating inside and outside, and they make a good cappuccino.

Teuscher is known for their champagne truffles so, I made sure I got a box of them. I also got bars and boxes of chocolates to give away to friends and family. I love how they have a lactose-free chocolate option. They have white, milk, and dark chocolates, plain, fruits, nuts... The customer service was superb! They saw me struggling with all the chocolate bars in my hands so, they quickly grabbed them from me and gave me a basket for more chocolates. And the gentleman was telling me about their products. They were giving me free samples so I can narrow down my options...or make me grab more chocolates. They gave me extra shopping bags since I had multiple bags from different chocolate shops when I walked in. I've been munching on chocolates more than usual every single day since I went to Zurich. I've been comparing different brands and I must say their champagne truffles definitely live up to the hype. Yuuuummm!!! You just can't go wrong with Swiss chocolates.

They gave us a banana truffle to try and it perfectly balanced the banana flavor with chocolate. I also tried their famous champagne truffle (dark chocolate version) and ultimately decided I didn't like the champagne flavor in chocolate but loved the rest of the truffle. Also the shop is adorable in a way that makes it quite different from the more corporate Sprüngli and Läderach vibe. Plus they had a lot of gluten free and lactose free options which was very nice. Want to go back and try more truffles!

Yelp Review 2023 #22:…read more Läderach is one of my favorite chocolatiers in the whole world. I eat chocolate everyday, and I travel the world sampling chocolates. I've been to Belgium which some say has the best chocolate. I've been to France, Italy, UK, Germany, Finland, and Ecuador - they do have some good chocolate. But I will always want Swiss chocolate. There are three chocolatiers in Switzerland that I love. I like Läderach because they don't overcomplicate their combinations. And they give you free samples. You can buy boxes of chocolates, truffles by the bag, chocolate slabs by the gram. My favorites are the chocolate with whole hazelnut slabs, and chocolate cornflake slabs. They have a nice selection of chocolate + hazelnut so I get a box of those in different varieties. This particular location is at the Central Station which is convenient. There is another Läderach outside Central Station. Whichever location you go to, you can expect the same great experience and some of the finest chocolates that will ever touch your mouth.

This place has some excellent dark and white chocolate in addition to the traditional milk. You can get a huge variety of truffles, or they have slabs of chocolate with various inclusions like candied oranges, blackberry, roasted hazelnuts or almonds, or even some more exotic varieties with things like pink peppercorns or pistachios. The people at Läderach pride themselves on FRESHNESS, so I wouldn't recommend overbuying. Not that it was much of a problem for us: the first bag was gone within a day, so we had to plan a return trip before we left the country and quadrupled our "pilot" purchase. If you need to spend those extra CHF before you leave out, there are worse things to spend it on... just be sure to stay under the duty free limit :D
