A must try!!! I have never been to chocolate monkey before and this was absolutely one of my favorite stops in Tennessee. The ice cream is to die for I have never ever tried a fudge that I liked until chocolate monkeys try the blueberry cheesecake fudge it is like heaven. There is literally something for everyone you have to try this. The staff is so great and so excited about what they're selling I just love it!!!

I came here with my grandparents after our lunch/dinner (we ate kinda late) for some dessert. I got a regular size cup of Majestic Milky Way ice cream. It was DELICIOUS! The chocolate ice cream and caramel combo tasted incredible. The place is also adorable with all the stuffed monkeys and things decorating it! They have a selection HUGE caramel apples, as well as different kinds of fudge and other chocolate treats. This place is definitely worth a try, especially for a chocolate enthusiast.

Customer service: 3 stars: its basic.. they say hello, they give you icecream samples if you ask, they ring you up and thats it. Cleanliness: 5 stars: the store was very tidy and organized. Price point: 2 stars: ridiculous... the chocolate covered strawberries are expensive, the icecream is decent but not memorable nor worth the price. Icecream: it was ok, not much flavor to it. Baskin robbins is down the street, they have better flavors. The chocolate covered strawberries were good but exorbitant. Overall: its a cool store with all sort of cavity causing treats from fudges, candied apples, icecream, etc etc but they are too pricey. Been seeing this place for years visiting the area and finally stopped in to see what it was about with my men. Everyone was like meh... worth checking out but you probably wont be a repeat customer.

Such a cute little place. It looks like an old fashioned candy shop. The prices are a little pricey but the candy we tried was very good. My favorite were the buckeyes & pecan balls. My daughter got a caramel apple with MnM's (I could do without the MnM's) but I did try it & the apples were delicious. We got 1 ice cream waffle cone, caramel apple, 7 pieces of chocolate candy & a chocolate covered banana & it came to just under $30!! The lady who helped us was very nice & informative. I would return, but definitely not something we'd do often. We paid less than that for dinner.

Sierra (shift manager) & Candace were a GREAT team (so sweet and accommodating)! The store was fun and inviting for kids AND adults. Lots of unique icecream & candy apple flavors to choose from. Highly recommended.

I got the bear claw and snickers cup and they were okay. The employees were wearing masks if you care about that.

We visit several times during our annual vacation. It is the best ice cream, fudge, candy and service at all the locations we have visited.

Very friendly but the caramel apple with nuts I got was gross because the nuts tasted freezer burned.

Well beside by an ice cream souvenir dish $12 and get a mini sundae. It was well lighted, and okay on candy choices, it was like $19.98 a pound of candy (self serve) , the staff was not friendly. So over all experience, we keep looking for a candy shop we want to return to in town.

This place isn't what it used to be. No homemade ice cream. No chocolate covered strawberries…read more Jelly Bellies (primary reason we went) were $19.99 per pound! I can get them on the Jelly Belly website for less than half that! The one thing good I have to say is that their pralines are the kind I like most (really buttery tasting and dry/crumbly rather than sticky/chewy). But it was nearly $30 for 6 pralines and one small candy package for my kids. Communication was also difficult as the people there struggled with English and they didn't seem very friendly. We didn't buy any Jelly Bellies and left disappointed. I'm so sad because this used to be our favorite candy place in Pigeon Forge. Also, the prepackaged Jelly Bellies were $6.99 and we found them at the candy shop inside Dollywood for $3.99. Never imagined a shop inside a theme park would be so much cheaper than a standalone shop. It's like they don't want to sell anything.
