Got a lot of attitude, moaning, eyerolls for a simple print job that took 15 minutes and was made out to be much more than it was. They have 3 big office grade printers on site to print my lowly 100 pages. David the former owner, rest his soul, was an affable, nice man with a sense of humor who was very helpful. It's unfortunate that the crew there now does not possess his nature, and a cheerful, service-minded approach to customers. I didn't ask them to box up 50 Christmas gifts and fill out the slips. They had to simply click and print about a 100 pages. Not rocket science. Congratulations, you lost my families 25 year loyal business over a bad attitude and muttering under your breath. Small business is all about customer service. If that's too difficult, then maybe find something else to do.

Despite this initial issue, we decided to give it a second chance and placed a new order: blue (size L), white (size M) t-shirts and an interior bumper sticker. Unfortunately, once again, we received the wrong sizes, with the shirts having exactly the same measurements, despite different labels. In addition, the sticker they sent was for exterior use, contrary to our request. This time, they at least acknowledged the error (since we sent comparison photos) and asked us to return the white t-shirts. We sent the t-shirts and sticker in February 2025, but instead of refunding the money we paid, the company informed us that their attorney would be in touch. After waiting a month without any response, we called again and were met with extremely rude service, even insulting them. Unfortunately, our experience with Seaside Graphics was marked by errors, lack of commitment, and unacceptable customer service. We do not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional and responsible service.

I would have to say they've been flawless. Tony is the nicest, least-pushy copier salesperson I have ever met. And he's been very prompt about getting me quotes. Plus, the quotes are very competitive. We're considering buying from them, so I'll post an update about the machine & service then. Amen! Update: So our copier isn't flawless, but it is used. I can't really blame Eastern Copy Fax. And to their credit, the technician has shown up within an hour both times we've called. They still get good ratings.
