I had such a wonderful experience today at Easy Ship & Pack! Not only did they accept my returns…read morewith ease and grace (especially given I had been turned away at 2 Walgreen's), they also offered to help tape to help tape my returns and hand delivered them to the FedEx truck who was loading up! I also want to CONGRATULATE and give a BIG shout out to Amy Tucker, who is now the Owner/Manager. She helped me when my business was located in the Shaw's Plaza over 17 years ago with the same kind and helpful manner. I saw her work hard, persevere through challenging working conditions and although the previous owner had passed, Amy stepped up to buy the business and help carry on his legacy and build her own future, WOW! Go Amy and the Easy Ship & Pack Team - you ROCK! Thank you for making my day! Gayle

Came in recently to have some prints made. Have been a 25 year customer for everything from notary…read moreservice, supplies and copies to shipping and more. Got a lot of attitude, moaning, eyerolls for a simple print job that took 15 minutes and was made out to be much more than it was. They have 3 big office grade printers on site to print my lowly 100 pages. David the former owner, rest his soul, was an affable, nice man with a sense of humor who was very helpful. It's unfortunate that the crew there now does not possess his nature, and a cheerful, service-minded approach to customers. I didn't ask them to box up 50 Christmas gifts and fill out the slips. They had to simply click and print about a 100 pages. Not rocket science. Congratulations, you lost my families 25 year loyal business over a bad attitude and muttering under your breath. Small business is all about customer service. If that's too difficult, then maybe find something else to do.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I really want to be fair. That said, the staff here is actually…read morereally good - very nice, informative and helpful. They've always been friendly and try their best to accommodate their customers. My biggest complaint that brings me here is that they RARELY ever have items in stock. Being a local business owner, we rely on Staples for many of our day-to-day needs. Most specifically, for printer ink and toner. I visit this location regularly and -no joke, no exaggeration - they *never* have toner or printer ink in stock. I understand that because of common machines and thus high volume purchases, stores do sell out. (We also don't have older machines where items might be phased out and kept in scarce stock.) I also understand that because of COVID supply and demand are really messed up and shipping everywhere is delayed. But EVERY TIME? Is it that the office supply gods hate me? Perhaps..... I used to work in retail and I understand high demand and the struggle to restock adequately. But every visit, there is barely -any- stock? I am always having to make the trek to their Danvers location to get what I need. Interestingly enough, the Danvers location is always adequately stocked. I really prefer investing in local businesses here in Beverly - even if they are large corporate entities - and I hope they can remedy this issue. Until then, I have to make yet another trek to Danvers (right now) and more than likely, will just resort to working with Amazon, since they deliver in a fairly timely manner and have the products available that we need. (Bezos is Satan, btw. :D) Always happy to amend a review if things change. Again - the staff here is great! The management has always been great. It's just this issue that's been a huge inconvenience for many of us. Thanks!

I had ordered funeral cards for my grandmother's service from another website, and they were…read moresupposed to arrive the day before the funeral. Unfortunately, they never arrived. The company then told me they could rush-ship them for the next morning, but at 7:30 p.m. I was notified that overnight delivery was no longer possible. I was frantic, knowing how important the funeral cards would have been to my grandmother. I drove to the Staples in Beverly and explained the situation to Rachel in the printing services department. She was beyond kind and incredibly helpful. She helped me design a beautiful card and printed 100 copies within just a few minutes. During such a stressful and emotional time, her kindness truly meant so much to me. Thank you, Rachel!

Please confirm your account to post your review…read more 2/16/2020 Pros: 1. You can email what you need printed directly to staples@printme.com which keeps your print job on file for 24 hrs. You'll be emailed back a code you input when you Print on the self printers. You can self pay on the printers with credit / staples card. I got a card from customer service (no name on it) and keep about $5 on it for my occasional needs 2. They're Open on Sunday. 3. They have 4 or 5 self print machines and a table in the middle where you can organize things easily 3. Easy parking in the plaza 4. You can recycle your electronics while here (laptops, cell phones..etc)! 5. There's a Fedex drop-off box outside. Yesterday I dropped off a box that was about ~8" X 16" by 16" and that seemed to just fit 6. UPS counter inside Cons: 1. Expensive. Was in yesterday and a single black and white copy cost .30 which seems like very little but used to be .25 and even that was more expensive than other local printers (further away from me) 2. No pricing posted for size & weights of print options, at least none that I saw but I may have to double check that -- you go through the process and then find out the price (if I am correct). If the counter isn't busy then you could probably ask someone but they're usually very busy. 3. Service is definitely hit or miss when I've had to actually visit the counter. In all, since I've long decided that personal printers and ink are a very poor investment, this suits my needs and offers enough benefits to keep me coming back.

I bought a ten pack of 22x28 poster board which I intended to use to construct a template of my…read morebathroom floor. When I opened the package at home I found there were only nine boards and that one of them had scrawled in pencil "LET GO MARINI". It was ok for my purposes but for anyone who needed to use poster board, there would have only been 8 useable sheets and a trip back to the store to exchange the product would have been required I thought it was pretty odd.
