My husband and I have had our fair share of interesting (mostly bad) experiences with…read morecontractors/construction. I knew that whatever house project we worked on next, I was going to hire someone who could bring the quality we wanted. I first reached out to Zenith Builder about potential home projects and met with Zuriel in 2023. He was honest and gave his perspective on the different options we were considering. We ended up not going through with any projects at that time because everything was out of our budget and we needed to figure out what we wanted. Fast forward to this past April, we finally decided to remodel our garage. I didn't even hesitate and knew I wanted to hire Zenith. Zuriel came out again and talked through the details of the different options we were considering. Once we decided on the initial scope, they started and worked quickly. The project manager was really communicative and easy to work with. When we added scope in the middle of the project, Zuriel was transparent about the additional costs and even though we approved over text, he would still quickly put together the documentation to send over for approval. If you're looking for a stress-free experience in remodeling/construction, look no further because Zenith is your answer. After the experiences we had, Zenith is worth every penny. I will use them again when we do our next home renovation.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Willbii! From the very beginning to the completion of my detached ADU, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and genuine dedication to their customers. My experience started with Steven, who introduced me to Willbii and took the time to show me homes they had built. I was immediately impressed by the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail I saw in their projects. After seeing their work firsthand, I felt confident enough to choose Willbii to design and build my detached ADU from start to finish--and I am so glad I did! I was later introduced to Kenny, their production manager, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning, he clearly communicated each stage of the construction process and kept me informed along the way. He was extremely flexible, patient, and understanding when working with me, and he always treated me with respect. The crews were also fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and worked very quickly without compromising the quality of the work. Kenny was diligent about making sure permits and city requirements were properly handled, while also keeping the project moving forward. Most importantly, my ADU was completed on time according to the agreed-upon deadline. Willbii also helped me with selecting quality interior finishes and design elements, and the final product turned out beautifully. I was honestly very impressed when I saw the completed home. The price was also very affordable considering the excellent quality of the products and materials used. I truly felt that I received outstanding value for my investment. Once the ADU received its final approval from the city, I put it on the rental market, and I immediately started receiving compliments about how beautiful it was. I was able to rent it right away! That really confirmed to me that choosing Willbii was the right decision. Building a home can be stressful, but Willbii made the entire experience much easier and more enjoyable than I expected. Their communication, workmanship, responsiveness, and commitment to quality truly stood out. When I have another opportunity to build, Willbii will absolutely be my first choice. I would also have no hesitation recommending them to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a company they can trust to deliver a quality project. Thank you, Steven, Kenny, and the entire Willbii team, for helping turn my vision into a beautiful home!

The house was perfect but definitely needed some TLC. Open Hand Remodeling did a great job building our large hardwood deck on the hill. Open Hand also remodeled the interior bathrooms, kitchen and main house hardwood and Porcelain flooring. The craftsmanship and professionalism is 2nd to none. The process was not perfect 100% of the time, but the hiccups were communicated responsibly by the project manager. Overall the project was completed ahead of schedule. We are planning our second floor project next year, and it's inevitable that we are going to use Open Hand again in the future. Thanks so much!!!"

I can't express how good it feels to finally have five remodeled bathrooms, all of which were remodeled by this Small boutique Company name Open Hand, which I grew to love during the process of the renovations. Can't wait to use Open Hand for my kitchen remodel next year. Grateful

We had brought printed concepts of what we were thinking from internet pictures and discussed our options with Alex. Two days later Alex provided an estimate, which was in line with our expectations since we already had two other estimates. Alex offered to stop by the following day to do measurements to prepare a three dimensional design, which we saw in the showroom a few days later. Within two weeks it was all finished (please see the before and after photo images below). George handled the customization and the attention to detail and quality was much appreciated. We had custom cabinets installed in the kitchen and bathrooms and since this was just the hallway we chose to save about 50% by going prefab modular - we are immensely pleased.

After following up, their office said that they missed the appointment because they were "busy" and "in and out of the office." I chose not to move forward in working with them because this seemed like a red flag of lack of communication / not being respectful of client's time. I don't doubt that they are good at their work once on the job, but to me it felt like they either don't have the means to communicate well or they believe their time is more valuable than that of potential clients, which is not a good first impression to have.

Once we moved in a few unexpected issues arose and Carolien was there to make it right.
