I wanted to share my experience at Good Life Chiropractic because, overall, I really appreciated…read morethe kindness and professionalism of the team, and I think the clinic has a lot of potential to provide an even stronger patient experience. I had been dealing with lower back pain for several days that wasn't resolving on its own. Even though Yelp indicated the clinic was closed, I called and someone kindly answered the phone and was able to fit me in for a same-day appointment as long as I could come in quickly. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The clinic itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The chairs and equipment looked new and sturdy, and I noticed how much effort the team put into keeping everything tidy. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and Fred, the technician who brought me back, was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable and took the time to ask relevant questions about my back pain and situation. I felt like he genuinely wanted to understand what I was experiencing. When the doctor came in, she was professional and clearly knowledgeable in her field. My main reason for not giving the experience a higher rating is that the interaction with the doctor felt somewhat rushed. The actual adjustment itself took approximately 5-7 minutes, and while I understand that chiropractic visits can be brief, I still had several questions I wanted to ask. At times, I felt like I had to quickly get a question in before she was ready to leave the room. What made this a little more confusing for me was that immediately afterward, I noticed there didn't appear to be anyone else waiting in the lobby. That left me wondering if there was a reason I felt so rushed, because I would have really appreciated another few minutes to explain my job duties and work and what may have contributed to my situation. I don't expect a lengthy appointment, but I do think patients benefit from having enough time to feel heard and leave with their questions answered. One other piece of feedback I wanted to mention is privacy. During both my time with Fred and with Dr. K, the door remained open, and I could hear conversations taking place throughout the clinic. I am actually somewhat hard of hearing, so I found it interesting that I was still able to hear other conversations outside the room. I understand that every clinic has its own setup and workflow, but having the door closed during patient consultations, when possible, might provide a greater sense of privacy and allow patients to focus more comfortably on their conversation with the provider. The pricing felt fair, and I genuinely appreciated the entire front-office team and how clean and organized the clinic was. My feedback is really coming from a place of wanting to see the clinic succeed because I think there is a lot of knowledge and potential within the team.

I was referred to Dr. Wu at Icon Chiropractic Center, and I'm so glad I went! My first impression when I walked into the office was how clean and tidy everything was. Even the air smelled fresh! They have an air filter that actually gave me a nostalgic feeling because I used to have the same kind when I was younger. My first appointment included the usual paperwork, evaluations, X-rays, and checking my range of motion. When I tell you I was in pain I mean I was literally in tears and could barely move. After just a few appointments with gentle adjustments and laser therapy, I noticed a HUGE difference. It helped A LOT! Now, three weeks later, I feel close to normal again, and my range of motion is back. By far, this is the best chiropractor I've been to--and I've been to a few. Dr. Wu and the entire staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Everyone greets you by name, which makes the experience feel much more personal. What I also really appreciate is that they don't just adjust you and send you on your way. They educate you on what's happening with your body and teach you ways to help prevent the problem from happening again. They even offer monthly educational classes covering different health and wellness topics. I'm extremely happy with my experience and the progress I've made. I definitely recommend Icon Chiropractic Center!

It had gotten to the point where it was affecting my daily life, and I was having a hard time walking and staying active. Before making an appointment, I asked my obgyn if prenatal chiropractic care was something that would be ok, and she encouraged me to give it a try and I am so glad that I did! I had seen from other reviews that Dr. Chun has experience with prenatal chiropractic care and it really shows. His adjustments are very gentle, and Ive always felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my pregnancy. After a couple of visits my lower back felt so much better and I was able to get back to my normal activities like walking and working out without the constant discomfort. Ive continued seeing him throughout my pregnancy, and it's made such a difference in how I've been feeling! If you're pregnant and dealing with back or sciatic pain (or honestly any pregnancy related pain) I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Chun. I went on Yelp and was trying to get a massage from a local place that would accept an HSA. I was in luck when I found this particular place and they were open till 7 PM on a weekday!! I have a very busy work schedule and I recently moved to the east Bay so the fact they are open so late is perfect for me!! I hour was $120 with my HSA. As I drove up to the clinic, there was parking on the street, but I drove around back to park in their little parking lot facing some apartments. I walked in what seemed like the back entrance and walked up to the front where there was a receptionist desk, who greeted me to fill out some paperwork. She was very helpful and then I asked where the restroom was. My massage therapist had my room ready around the corner, he didn't introduce himself, but asked me, "are you_____(my name)?" I agreed and he said the room was available around the corner. In all honesty, I'm a chronic pain with a lot of things to undergo and look out for, but he was was very helpful in targeting the areas that hurt on my shoulder and back. I paid I believe 20 extra dollars to do a deep tissue massage, they had a technical name, but I forgot what it was. After my hour, I actually felt a lot better and I could turn my neck to the left and to the right. My shoulder was OK for me to drive and then I set off to go home to the East Bay. I will definitely go back again, especially since they're open late!!

A friend recommended Resolve Chiropractic and mentioned they help people dealing with dizziness/off-balance issues, so I figured it was worth a try. Let me just say, I'm so glad I did! Dr. Kevin Do focused on improving my alignment, which helped relieve the physical tension in my body and made a noticeable difference in my MdDS symptoms. He's incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what he's doing, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel more connected to my healing process. He also worked on correcting my posture and addressing back, neck, and shoulder pain (issues I didn't even realize were contributing to my sense of imbalance). His approach is gentle but effective, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting to the root cause. I also shared with them that I was struggling with persistent gut issues (bloating, fatigue, inflammation) and that's when I started working more closely with Dr. Eva Quach. She has a true passion for gut health (and I think it's fair to say she specializes in it). We did a GI Map test, and she walked me through the results so thoroughly. Everything finally started to make sense in relation to my ongoing health issues. She built a detailed, customized plan to help heal my gut, and I finally felt hopeful again after feeling overlooked by the medical system for so long. She's so great to work with and brings such uplifting and encouraging energy. Together, they approach everything from a holistic lens, and the environment at Resolve is so great! I look forward to my visits, they've become part of my healing routine. I can't recommend them enough!

My second baby was stuck in the exact same position that my first had been in, so I wanted to take action earlier than I had the first time around. Dr. Ho came highly recommended to help baby's positioning, and he did not disappoint. After ~5 appointments with a different prenatal chiropractor, Dr. Ho was able to encourage my baby to flip head down within 2 appointments. I continued seeing him for the rest of my pregnancy, and when I went in to be induced, my midwife noted that not only was my baby head down, but she was in the perfect position for birth. I was able to have a peaceful VBAC with no epidural, and I attribute much of that success to Dr. Ho. Not to mention, he is incredibly professional and friendly (and made my toddler feel at home when I brought him to every appointment). Cannot recommend highly enough!
