After 15 more minutes I called the front desk again and she said apparently they didn't have anybody to open a register. I asked for the manager and got the voice of a middle aged woman who informed me that they just don't have anyone. When I complained about the excess wait time to check out, she yelled a few words back to me and hung up on me. This is all true. I really need to shop at Home Depot more because I have never ever had the bad customer service that I get at Lowe's.

I work for a large GC and doing a two year job very close to Palatka which Lowe's would have made thousands of dollars off of. However, the company realizes that some of us prefer Home Depot over Lowe's so they issue us both cards. This has happened to me at Lowe's three different times, they declined the companies card which when calling the Lowe's corporate office, they said there was no reason the card should've been declined that it has to be on Lowe's end. Each time it took me 30-45 minutes to get this cleared up. Frustrated with Lowe's after the third time, I decided to go to Home Depot for the next order which ended up being the most costly order out of all four and guess what, it went right through with no problem. Lowe's don't want to take the responsibility that either their employees or their equipment is doing something wrong because the credit card company has said three times, it's not happening because of their end and after having such ease at Home Depot, I believe them. I don't even carry my Lowe's company card with me anymore, it's in a drawer at my house. Lowe's will never know how many thousands of dollars they lost just from this job alone. Good luck and I hope you get it together but I doubt it because customer service is a past thing.

To many knots in it and not dried. I guess it's all about profit. BUYER BE WARE. Lowes isn't any better. It's worth a little more fir Marine grade by far.
