So he had to make 2 trips to town because he didn't have everything on his truck. When the job was finished he brought me the bill.....$689.60! After talking to another plumber and showing him the job he said it shouldn't have cost more than $250, and that would be on the high side. When I ask the tech about the price he told me he didn't control the prices and gave me the bill. After calling the company 3 times I finally got ahold of John. He told me that he would look into it and check with his tech and get back to me..... that hasn't happen. Total job start to finish, including his drive time, was 4 hours. I have priced all the material at home depot and it came to $80.00. I just want people to know that they need to watch this company. I have learned my lesson and will be sure to not make that mistake again.

But what it will have is a direct connection to the community, where the profits stay in the community and it is a business where the owners are part of the community and not some faceless corporate board. The team is knowledgeable and while it is not a huge store, they do have a little of what you will need and you won't have to drive to a larger town vloser to the interstate to get to.a big box store. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and fun. They made sure that we understood all the work they were doing and answered all of our silly questions without making us feel "dumb." They were completely dedicated to doing the job right. When they arrived on the job, they would have a clear goal of work to do for the day and didn't leave until the work was completed. Even on a Saturday when they thought they could finish by noon, they stayed until 3:00 to do what they needed to do.
