When the technician arrived, my wife answered the door and he didn't introduce himself -- he simply stood there and bluntly said "you got a leak." After she acknowledged, he walked into the house without any professionalism or courtesy. He did not wear shoe covers or take any basic steps to respect our home. The leak detection diagnosis he provided turned out to be completely wrong. Based on his direction, I ended up taking apart a large portion of my kitchen -- removing granite countertops and cabinets -- only to later discover the leak was nowhere near where he said it was. This caused unnecessary disruption, time, and expense. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and incorrect diagnosis was extremely frustrating. I expect the company to review this situation, explain how this happened, and reach out to discuss how they intend to make this right. I will be documenting this issue and filing a complaint with Florida consumer protection authorities as well as escalating this to Mr Rooter corporate if it is not addressed. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company for leak detection until this matter is properly resolved. I will update this review based on the company's response.

Pearson plumbing plumbed two large houses for us and did well. However with high volume there…read moreservice level has deteriorated into the worst I have experienced in decades. Our steam shower failed. After weeks of delay they sent two two plumbers who told me "it's not working." Another month of delay followed by a visit to install an irrelevant part was followed by a $5,900 proposal to replace the entire unit. I called the manufacturer only to learn the needed parts were covered by a lifetime parts warranty. Another firm will now repair the generator under warranty with a small labor charge. If you are looking for a plumber who stands behind their work, I STRONGLY suggest you look elsewhere!!
