Unbelievable service! We had water and toilet sewage backing up into our back room shower. The second tub was clogging. Both toilets would not flush. Needless to say, we had quite a bit of issues. I called my mother-in-love to see who she used for plumbing services. She gave me "Lou's Plumbing" who then referred me to "Drain Masters Sewage." That has been one of the best referrals I've ever received. So I called "Drain Masters," left them a voicemail and within 30 minutes Heath called back. All I had to say was, "water's backing up into the back bathroom shower." He says, "that sounds like a mainline issue, what's your address?" I gave him my address and he finishes with, "I'll have someone out there in a few." That was golden to my ears. Kyle came within 30 minutes of the call, took a look at the shower in the backroom and said, "yeah, that's the lowest drain in the house, it's definitely a mainline issue" and GOT TO WORK! When I say, it took him no more than 30 minutes to flush out everything! I mean, all of the tubs and toilet bowls were completely flushed! He had me turn on all of the sinks, showers, and flush both toilets just to make sure nothing would clog or leak. Then he noticed that one of the toilets wouldn't flush, when he opened that toilet tank, he noticed the water would take a really long time to fill back up so of course - he knew the issue and had a solution. He completely replaced the piece that goes inside the toilet tank and I feel like I've got a brand new toilet. Last but not least, I told him about a leak we were having every so often under the kitchen sink, and even though the company deals mostly with sewage and drainage, he took a look at it anyway, tightened a piece from the pipe and tested the water flow to ensure there was no leaking. Drain Masters of Central Florida are LIFESAVERS! Kyle was completely professional, efficient, and you can tell he's very comfortable which exudes a confidence that keeps the customer feeling like "I'm going to be well taken care of." Oh, and I almost forgot - the price was completely affordable. My hot water heater wasn't working & someone recommended Drain Masters so I gave them a call. Person that answered wanted me to know that they could do a repair on the water heater but they don't install them if I needed a new one. Mine is only 4 years old so I figured it didn't need replacement. Heath came to my home & took one look & saw that my on call light from FPL wasn't on & said it wasn't getting power. He then flipped the circuit breaker on & off a few times saying sometimes that works. It didn't so he tested if the water heater was getting any power from the circuit. It wasn't so he said I needed a new circuit breaker. He isn't an electrician so couldn't change it but did recommend one. Heath was very nice & didn't even charge me anything for coming out & checking my water heater. That is very rare for someone to be that nice. I highly recommend him & will be using him in the future as I have a drain that stops up & floods my garage ever so often. read more

I highly recommend this company! They have proven their expertise, professionalism, and concern for the customer. The sewer issue at my house could have turned into a major expense requiring the replacement of much of the sewer line but Drain Masters worked on the problem over a two day period to free the line of calcified and hardened material which caused continual blockages. They remedied the situation but also educated us on the fact that stuff can build up in the old pipes over time and that the situation may happen again. Drain Masters provided efficient and fast service to clear the main sewer line at my home. I have lots of live oaks on the property and the line was clogged with roots. Rick arrived on time and quickly got to work. The cost was very reasonable. Rick even gave me a tip to check the city clean out trap down by the road if it backs up again. They were very fast and very reasonable, $85 with the internet discount, much less than a previous service that we had used a few years ago. It was handled directly by the company owner. I called them on Dec 26 for a toilet that was over flowing and they came out within 90 minutes and repaired it, for a reasonable $65. About a week later it started overflowing again and I called them and they came out and repaired it again for no charge.
