A few months ago, we had our second AC unit, that cools a small 300 sq. Ft. Mother-in-law suite. They sold us a smaller, but equally expensive unit for this small space. Now we are 40k in. A month ago our main unit starts shutting off completely. They have come up with every reason minus extraterrestrial intervention to allude responsibility. They came over and tried to charge us over $600 to clean the pump under the unit, which they had eliminated access to when they installed it. This is supposed to be something handled during the maintenance visits of our paid maintenance plan, but since they couldn't access it after they installed the new unit, they just skipped it without saying anything. We now continue to have the AC unit completely turn off randomly during the hottest months of summer, after spending over 40k with this company in the past 18 months. We have called and tried to work with them, and they either want to deflect or charge us more money. They even went as far as to blame the city inspector- do not waste your time or money on these scam artists.
