My 18 year old HVAC died 3 days ago, I called Mike (the owner of Seabreeze) about 4pm that night…read more 45 minutes later he was knocking at my door. He explained that because of the age and condition of my system it would be a waist of money to make any repairs. I agreed. He gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the inside and outside unites with a top of the line 15.3 seer system and he could install it within a day or so, or as soon as me could order the equipment. 2 days later, he showed up at 7 am and went right to work. He had the new system completely installed and up and running in 2 1/2 hours. My wife and I were very impressed with Mike, He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend "Seabreeze" for any HVAV work. Peter Lescak, Palm Coast, Florida...

First of all, prices out there really vary and many of these people out there do this hard sell for high priced units. Well, Seabreeze stuck to the facts and did not try to upsell us into something we didn't need (like some of the other companies). They were extremely responsive and to top that off, they had the best price!! I kept reading that installation was key to a unit of any make lasting for a long time. Mike and a coworker came over - took out our old AC, cleaned up the area and then installed this beautiful AC unit. Excellent work, excellent price and I feel very lucky that we found this company. They are A+

Every single person I came in contact with was professional yet down to earth and it was obvious our comfort was more important to them than the associated profit in the transaction. Weber even got us a $200 factory rebate the "other guy" didn't even offer. The communication from WEBER was great and promised times were kept . The installation was "clean" and just plain looked great . The hauled away the old equipment and cleaned up their work areas. In speaking to the installer crew I found all to be related to the family who owns this company, in summary they care about their reputation and treat each client as a friend. As for pricing, they came in $2,240 under for the same TRANE system elsewhere. In short you can't do better than WEBER and I strongly recommend you include them when choosing AC replacement or repair.
